Famous calligraphers and their works

The most famous are the four masters of regular script:

1, Yan Zhenqing, whose works include: Multi-Tower Induction Monument, Guojia Temple Monument, Yuanji Tombstone, Yan Monument, Temple Monument, Nephew Monument, Seating Competition Post, etc.

2. Liu Gongquan, whose masterpieces include Li Sheng Monument, Diamond Sutra and Shence Army Monument.

3. The representative regular script includes The Ritual of Jiuquan in Jiucheng Palace, Huangfu Birthday Monument, Huadu Temple Monument and Lanting Collection, and the running script is A Thousand Words. He has his own unique views on calligraphy, including the eight strokes of calligraphy.

4. Zhao Mengfu, whose works include Qiu Ai's Epitaph, Three Stories, Biography of Ji 'an, Postscript of Erlu, Breaking Up with Ji Kang, Postscript of Lanting Thirteen, etc.

None of the other books have four titles! The cursive script was first introduced by Zhang Xu in Tang Dynasty, and the running script was first introduced by Wang Xizhi in Jin Dynasty.
