What do you mean, nothing and so on?

[ Yes] the right thing, the successful thing, the obtained thing, the existing thing, and so on.

[ No] wrong things, failed things, lost things, disappeared things, and so on.

[ Wait] That's all.

[ Yes, no, etc.] Right or wrong, gain or lose, that's all.

The words "yes or no" come from Buddhist scriptures. Since they are Buddhist scriptures, they must be teaching you how to "get rid of desires", and these four words are no exception.
