How to make wps calligraphy

The steps of making Copybook for calligraphy with Word are as follows:

Step 1: Open a Word window and click File → New in turn. Select the Copybook for calligraphy option in the Available Templates area, and then click the Create button, as shown.

Step 2: Open the "Add or Delete Characters" dialog box, drag the mouse in the "Available Characters" list in the "Characters" area, and select the Chinese characters to be used as copybooks. Then select the required font (such as "Han Mo Zhao Fankai") from the "Calligraphy Font" list in the "Font" area. Click the Add button to add the selected Chinese characters to the used character area, and click the Close button, as shown in the figure.

Step 3: By default, only 65,438+000 Chinese characters can be added for each paste. Users can adjust the number of Chinese characters according to the actual situation. In the editing state of Copybook for calligraphy, click the Options button on the Calligraphy ribbon, as shown.

Step 4, open the options dialog box and switch to the General tab. Adjust the value of "Maximum number of characters per copybook" in the "Character Settings" area, and click the "OK" button, as shown.

Step 5: The font size of Chinese characters in Word20 10 Copybook for calligraphy cannot be changed by setting the font size, but the font size can be adjusted by setting the number of rows and columns of each copybook. In the General tab of the Options dialog box, just change the specifications of Rows and Columns per Page, as shown in the figure.

Step 6: Word20 10 Copybook for calligraphy provides grid styles such as Tian Zige, Tianhuige, Jiugongge, Mi Zige and Kouzi. Users can set the grid style of copybooks according to their own needs. Click the "Grid Style" button in the "Calligraphy" ribbon, and click the required grid style in the open grid list, as shown.

Step 7: If users want to use the third-party fonts installed by themselves to make Copybook for calligraphy, the Copybook for calligraphy function of Word20 10 can also be easily realized. In the window of Word20 10, click file → new, select Copybook for calligraphy in the available template area, and click create.

Step 8: Open the "Add or Delete Characters" dialog box, select the "System Font" radio box in the "Font" area, and select the required font from the drop-down list of system fonts, as shown in the figure.

Step 9: Select the text, click the Add button, and finally click the Close button. If a new font is installed when opening the Word20 10 window, you need to reopen the Word20 10 window, otherwise you will not see the newly installed font in the system font list.

Step 10: Set the copybook arrangement. The arrangement of copybooks made by Word20 10 can be set according to actual needs. Word20 10 Copybook for calligraphy provides a variety of horizontal and vertical arrangements. Users can click the "Text Arrangement" button in the "Calligraphy" ribbon to select the arrangement, as shown in the figure.
