Dong Zhiqiang, a middleman in Beling, was named Mo. Born in Wendeng, Shandong Province, 1962. He is currently a member of China Calligraphers Association, a member of Shandong Artists Association, a director of Weihai Calligraphers Association, a vice chairman of Weihai Artists Association, an executive vice chairman and secretary general of Wendeng Calligraphers Association, the president of Wendeng Painting and Calligraphy Institute and a national second-class artist.
