Find razercentralservice.exe in the Programfiles folder and start it directly, so you can install Lei Yun directly.
Solution: The background service is running normally, and it cannot be started automatically without hanging up. After it is turned on, it will suddenly start after two to three hours, and there is no response. I tried to uninstall and reinstall many times, but it was not solved (all razer residual files on disk C are still invalid). After asking the customer service in Lei Yun, I sent a cleaning tool and a lower version of Lei Yun. First, uninstall the latest version of Razer, restart the computer, open the cleaning tool, and then install the lower version after restarting. At present, it has been solved. It is recommended to turn off automatic update after the installation is no problem.
