Application of aluminum foil paper

In order to establish corporate image, enhance brand value and meet the needs of anti-counterfeiting, cigarette industrial enterprises pay more and more attention to the development and utilization of aluminum foil paper, the inner lining of cigarette packaging, while ensuring the internal quality of cigarettes, and print pictures and texts on it one after another, so that cigarette aluminum foil paper has entered a new development period with pictures and texts, bright colors, moisture-proof and anti-counterfeiting.

The cigarette aluminum foil paper printed with pictures and texts produced by China's cigarette industry enterprises has a similar feature, that is, most of the front and back sides are printed with Chinese, Chinese Pinyin or English, or the full-page factory name, and some are also printed with enterprise logos. If the aluminum foil paper specially designed for a brand is printed with not only the name of the factory, but also the name and decoration pattern of the brand. Specific can be divided into the following categories.

One is that the factory name or abbreviation and enterprise logo are printed on the upper part of the front of aluminum foil paper. For example, the cigarettes produced by Bengbu Cigarette Factory are printed with the factory name "Bengbu Cigarette Factory" inscribed by the famous calligrapher Zhang and the English logo "Bengbu Cigarette Factory" on the aluminum foil paper; Cigarettes produced by Huaiyin Cigarette Factory are printed with the words "Huaiyin Cigarette Factory" and "Huaiyin" and enterprise logo on aluminum foil paper.

One is to print a full-page Chinese, hanyu pinyin or English factory name on the front or back of aluminum foil paper, and some of them are also printed with corporate logo. For example, the cigarette produced by Ningbo Cigarette Factory has a full-page Chinese Pinyin factory name printed on the front of its aluminum foil paper; The cigarette produced by Kunming Cigarette Factory has the full English factory name printed on the front of its aluminum foil paper; The cigarettes produced by Yuxi Cigarette Factory are printed with hongta group logo and English factory name on aluminum foil paper; The aluminum foil paper of cigarettes produced by the cigarette factory of Zhong Yi Tobacco (Group) Co., Ltd. is printed with the full-page group logo and Chinese factory name.

One is aluminum foil paper specially made for a certain brand, which is characterized in that the full-page factory name, brand name and trademark pattern of the brand are printed on the front or back of the aluminum foil paper. For example, the "Seven Wolves" cigarette of Longyan Cigarette Factory has a full-page "Seven Wolves" trademark pattern printed on the reverse side of its aluminum foil paper; The "Ambassador" cigarette of Chuxiong Cigarette Factory has the words "Ambassador Produced by Chuxiong Cigarette Factory in hongta group" and its trademark pattern printed on the reverse side of its aluminum foil paper. The "Dahongying" cigarette of Ningbo Cigarette Factory has a full-page Chinese Pinyin factory name printed on the front of its aluminum foil paper, and the "Dahongying" Chinese Pinyin and trademark pattern are printed on the back.

Another kind of cigarette aluminum foil paper printed with advertising words, such as the fine 88 "Honghe" and the fine 99 "Honghe" cigarettes of Honghe Cigarette Factory, has a full-page advertising word printed on the back of the aluminum foil paper.

In fact, it is also very common in industrial applications, such as manufacturing a series of cables of SYWV75-5. Aluminum foil paper belongs to the category of special paper in label printing. Laminated aluminum foil paper is mainly used for aluminum foil paper labels, including:

Laminated foil paper (English name and translation: laminated foil paper)

1. bright silver foil paper (English name and translation: bright silver foil)

2. Silver foil paper (English name and translation: matte silver foil)

3. gold paper (English name and translation: matte gold foil)

4. Several main aluminum foil products are introduced.

(1) air conditioning foil

Air conditioning foil is a special material for making fins of air conditioning heat exchanger, and the air conditioning foil used in the early days is plain foil. In order to improve the surface properties of ordinary aluminum foil, anticorrosive inorganic coating and hydrophilic organic coating were coated before molding to form hydrophilic aluminum foil. Hydrophilic foil accounts for 50% of the total air-conditioning foil, and the use ratio will be further improved. In addition, there is hydrophobic foil, which makes the surface of fin have hydrophobic function and prevents condensate from sticking. Because the technology of improving the surface defrosting of hydrophobic foil needs further study, there is little actual production.

The thickness of air conditioning foil is 0.1mm ~ 0.15 mm. With the development of technology, air-conditioning foil tends to be thinner, and the thickness of Japanese leading products is 0.09 mm In an extremely thin state, aluminum foil should have good formability, uniform structure and properties, few metallurgical defects, small anisotropy, high strength, good ductility, uniform thickness and good flatness. The specification and alloy of air conditioning foil are relatively simple, which is suitable for mass production. However, its market is seasonal, and it is difficult for professional manufacturers of air-conditioning foil to solve the contradiction that demand exceeds supply in peak season and there is almost no demand in off-season.

Driven by strong market demand, the production capacity and technical level of air-conditioning foil in China have been continuously improved in recent years. At present, large, medium, small, high and low-grade enterprise groups have been formed, and the product quality of some large enterprises such as Huabei Aluminum and Bohai Aluminum has basically reached the international advanced level. Due to domestic overcapacity, the market competition is extremely fierce.

(2) cigarette packaging foil

China is the largest producer and consumer of cigarettes in the world. At present, there are 146 large cigarette factories in China, with an annual output of 34 million cartons of cigarettes, all of which are basically packed with cigarette foil, of which spraying foil accounts for 30%, calendering foil accounts for 70%, and the consumption of calendering foil is 35,000 tons. With the enhancement of people's health awareness and the impact of imported cigarettes, the demand for cigarette foil has obviously slowed down and is expected to increase slightly in recent years. China's cigarette packaging foil accounts for 70% of the total double-zero foil. At present, there are two or three domestic enterprises that can produce high-quality cigarette foil, and their technical level is equivalent to the international level, but the overall quality of domestic cigarette foil is somewhat different from the international level.

(3) Decorative foil

Decorative foil is a kind of decorative material applied in the form of aluminum-plastic composite, which makes use of the characteristics of good coloring and high photothermal reflectivity of aluminum foil. Mainly used for decoration of buildings and furniture and packaging of some gift boxes. The application of decorative foil in China's construction industry began in the 1990s, and spread rapidly from Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou and other central cities to all parts of the country. In recent years, the demand has increased dramatically. Decorative foils are generally used as decorative materials for building interior walls and indoor furniture, and are also widely used in the facade and indoor decoration of commercial institutions.

Decorative foil has the advantages of heat insulation, moisture resistance, sound insulation, fire prevention, easy cleaning, luxurious appearance, convenient processing and quick construction and installation. At present, the application upsurge of decorative foil in China's construction and home improvement industry has been formed. With the rapid development of China's construction industry and the continuous popularization of decorative foil application, the demand for decorative foil will increase greatly. In addition, the use of decorative foil packaging gifts is very popular abroad, and it has developed rapidly in China in recent years, and it is expected to have a better prospect. Advantages of carbon-coated aluminum foil in lithium battery application

1. Inhibit battery polarization, reduce thermal effect and improve rate performance;

2. Reduce the internal resistance of the battery, and obviously reduce the increase of dynamic internal resistance during the cycle;

3. Improve the consistency and increase the cycle life of the battery;

4. Improve the adhesion between the active material and the current collector, and reduce the manufacturing cost of the pole piece;

5. Protect the current collector from electrolyte corrosion;

The thickness of both sides of the coating is 4 ~ 6 microns for type A and 2 ~ 3 microns for type B..

Conductive coating

It is a breakthrough technical innovation to treat the surface of battery conductive substrate with functional coating. Carbon-coated aluminum foil/copper foil is a kind of nano-conductive graphite and carbon-coated particles uniformly and finely coated on aluminum foil/copper foil. It can provide excellent electrostatic conductivity and collect micro-current of active substances, thus greatly reducing the contact resistance between positive/negative electrode materials and current collectors, improving the adhesion between them, reducing the amount of binder, and further significantly improving the overall performance of the battery. Coatings are divided into two types: water-based (water-based system) and oily (organic solvent system). Performance advantages of carbon-coated aluminum foil/copper foil

1. Significantly improve the consistency of battery use and greatly reduce the cost of battery pack. For example:

Obviously reducing the increase of the dynamic internal resistance of the battery; Improve the consistency of pressure difference of battery pack; Extend battery life; Greatly reduce that cost of the battery pack.

2. Improve the adhesion between the active material and the current collector, and reduce the manufacturing cost of the pole piece. For example:

After using carbon-coated aluminum foil, the adhesion of the pole piece is improved from 10gf to 60gf (using 3M tape or grating knife method), and the adhesion is obviously improved.

3. Reduce polarization, improve rate and gram capacity, and improve battery performance.

For example, the proportion of binder in active substances is partially reduced and the gram capacity is increased;

Improving the electrical contact between the active material and the current collector;

Reduce polarization and improve power performance.
