Cai Yunchao, courtesy name Yunqi, male, was born in Hangzhou in November 1963. He has a university degree and his ancestral home is Zhuji, Zhejiang. He is a member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, a member of the Chinese Couplet Society, a director of the Central Academy of Painting of the Kuomintang, vice president of Zhejiang Poetry and Couplet Society, vice president of Zhejiang Stone Seal Culture Research Association, president of Hangzhou Poetry and Couplet Society, Tongyintang Academy Dean, President of Hangzhou Qiantang Calligraphy and Painting Research Society, Member of the Presidium of Hangzhou Calligraphers Association, President of Hangzhou National Academy of Culture and Art, Distinguished Researcher of Hangzhou Calligraphy Court, Executive Vice President of Lanting Academy of Painting, Vice President of Xixi Painting and Calligraphy Academy, World Chinese Poetry Member of the Art Committee of the Society, member of the 10th CPPCC Hangzhou Municipal Committee, and Distinguished Instructor of Zhejiang University’s “Morningside Cultural Chinese Talent Plan”.
