Zhangzhou 220 kV Substation
Zhangzhou 220kV power transmission and transformation project is one of the key projects in Zhangzhou in 2003. The project is located in Jin 'ao Village, Baishui Town, covering an area of about 49.5 mu, with a total investment of 75.77 million yuan. Three main transformers, 220kV transmission lines and 65,438+00kV transmission lines with a capacity of 65,438+020mV will be designed and built. The project started in April 2003 and is scheduled to be completed and put into operation in the second half of 2004.
This project is the fifth 220kV substation in Zhangzhou after Shan Zong Substation, jiaomei Substation, Pumei Substation and Fengyuan Substation. Its completion and commissioning will further improve the power grid structure in southeastern Zhangzhou, improve the reliability and quality of power supply in Longhai, and play a very positive role in improving the investment environment of Zhangzhou Economic Development Zone and Longhai, and promoting the industrialization process of Zhangzhou and Longhai.
Baishui tap water project
Baishui tap water project is a key project newly started in Baishui Town in 2004. Invested and built by Chen Huiyi, an economic talent in Baishui Town. The total planned investment of the project is140,000 yuan. The water plant is located in Qingzailing, a suburb village of Baishui Town, covering an area of 20 mu. After completion, it can supply water150,000 tons per day, with an annual output value of 5 million yuan.
"Difficult draft" is a hot issue that nearly 50,000 urban and rural residents in Baishui have been eager to solve for decades, and it is also a major "bottleneck" that restricts the economic development, especially the industrial development in this area. Since 2004, the Party Committee and Government of Baishui Town have made great determination to actively seek solutions. With the attention of leaders at all levels and the cooperation of all walks of life, they designed to take water from Chilanxi in Zhangpu County and the suburban reservoir in this town. It is planned to install a water intake pipeline with a length of 5 kilometers, a water supply supervisor with a length of 14.27 kilometers and a water treatment plant. At present, water quality testing, benefit evaluation and project approval have been completed, and it is expected to enter the water plant construction stage by the end of 2004.
The completion of the project can meet the needs of the whole Baishui people, and it will also become a "propeller" to optimize the investment environment and promote the development of Baishui industry.
Rural highway construction
In 2004, the municipal government assigned Baishui Town a rural road construction task of 9.5 kilometers, with an investment of 6.5 million yuan. According to local conditions, since the beginning of this year, Baishui Town has focused on implementing plans, responsibilities, funds and services, and earnestly grasped rural roads.

Up to now, the town has completed the section from Jin 'ao to Qingshanchang with an investment of1175,000 yuan; Already started projects include Fudong Line to Zhuanglin Village Line1.255km, with an estimated investment of 627,500 yuan and Baishui Village of 0.244km, with an estimated investment of 770,000 yuan; Floating East Line is 2km to Daxia Village, with an estimated investment of 627,000 yuan, and Loudi Section and Section 7 are 2 * * * 3.7km, with an estimated investment of 6,543.8+0.68 million yuan.
Baishui Street, Baishui Town
Baishui Street is the main road of Baishui Town, connecting Baishui Town Government to Nanxi Highway, with a total length of 1 km. According to the standard of the third-class highway in plain and hilly areas, the subgrade width is 24 meters and the pavement width is 7 meters. There is a middle bridge, and the pavement adopts cement concrete structure. The total investment of the project is 2 million yuan, and the funds are raised by the town government.
After Baishui Street is completed and opened to traffic, there are 100 planners' houses on both sides of the street, which can double the market area of Dabaishui, which not only facilitates the production and life of the masses, but also helps to strengthen the communication between urban and rural areas, accelerate the process of rural urbanization, further improve and gather the functions of small towns, and make early preparations for the construction of Baishui Bridge.
Reconstruction of Baishui Xifeng-Suburb Section
Xifeng-Suburb Section is the Baishui Section of Baifo Line of County Road (Longhai Baishui to Zhangpu Maping), which is the main traffic artery between Longhai City and Zhangpu County. The original road section was built at 1988, which is a contour road with simple sand pavement. The roadbed is narrow, the slope is steep, the curve is sharp, and the pavement is seriously damaged. The technical condition of the highway does not meet the existing traffic requirements. In June165438+1October, 2002, the town government rebuilt it according to the standard of the third-class highway, with a total length of 3 kilometers (including Xifeng section 1.7 kilometers and suburban section 1.3 kilometers), a cement pavement width of 6 meters and a subgrade width of 7 meters, with an investment of 26544. The transformation was completed in May 2003 and put into trial operation in June 2003.
The reconstruction of this section has improved the cargo transportation capacity of Longhai and Zhangpu, improved the production, living and investment conditions of residents of Longhai and Zhangpu, expanded the economic and technological cooperation between the surrounding areas and the developed coastal areas in southern Fujian, and promoted the economic interaction between the two places. At the same time, it has improved the trunk road network of traffic readiness in our province, which is of great military strategic significance to strengthen the national defense strategy.
