Northern Song Dynasty Emperor Huizong had a set of collection seals, which were placed in fixed positions on calligraphy and paintings. The seven seals are: "Yu Shu" gourd seal, double dragon square seal or round seal, "Xuanhe" square seal, The "Xuanhe" square seal, the "Zhenghe" or "Zhenghe" square seal, the "Daguan" square seal, and the "Neifu Book Seal" Dafang seal. The above seven seals are all written in Zhu. It is known as the "Seven Seals of Xuanhe" in the world. Anyone who has these seven seals in their entirety is the original mounting format of Xuanhe. Due to the long history, most of the calligraphy and paintings collected in the Xuanhe Inner Palace have been reframed many times by later generations, making it difficult to preserve their original state. ?
The layout of the seven seals of Xuanhe: ?
The hand scroll decorated by Xuanhe, with the sky pole at the front, is made of yellow silk to separate the water. The yellow silk is used to separate the water from the calligraphy and painting. Above it is the name of Song Huizong in calligraphy or calligraphy inscribed in C gold script (usually this is done). Then a double dragon seal is stamped, and a year number seal is stamped in the lower corner; at the back, there is a seal between the water and the painting. The seal of the year name is also stamped at the bottom; the seal of the year number is also stamped at the junction of the rear water barrier and the tail; and a large seal is stamped at the tail. The square Double Dragon Seal is stamped on the painting. If it is calligraphy, the round Double Dragon Seal should be stamped. Further down, the junction between the water and the painting is stamped with "Xuanhe" and "Lian Zhuyin"?"?. The Xuanhe costume must be stamped with the seven seals of Xuanhe, and each seal has its exact location. The junction between the painting and the rear water barrier is stamped with the seal "Da Guan", the lower junction is another seal "Xuan He", and the center of the junction between the rear water barrier and the tail is stamped with the seal "Zheng He" and "Lian Zhu Seal". ?"?. A "Seal of the Neifu Book" is stamped in the middle of the trailing part, which is a nine-fold pattern. Some are not preserved and are missing at the back, but there are still ones at the front; some are broken at the front, and some are broken at the back, but their positions are certain.
