How many days after the reminder is served?

Legal analysis: if the fine is not paid within 10 hour after the notice of reminder is served, the administrative organ can only make a decision of enforcement. The time to make a decision must be 10 days after the notice of reminder is served and not more than three months, and then an application for administrative enforcement can be filed with the court after the enforcement decision is made.

Legal basis: Article 57 of the Administrative Compulsory Law of the People's Republic of China. The people's court shall conduct a written examination of the administrative organ's application for compulsory execution. If an administrative decision complies with the provisions of Article 55 of this Law and becomes legally enforceable, the people's court shall make a ruling on enforcement within seven days from the date of acceptance, except for the circumstances stipulated in Article 58 of this Law.
