In the Eastern Han Dynasty, Zhong You, a calligrapher of the Wei Dynasty in the Three Kingdoms, wrote "He Kai Biao" in small letters, which is the earliest regular script that can be seen today and is a typical work from positive to positive.
Zhong You (15 1-230) was born in Shouxian County, Yingchuan County, Yuzhou City (now changge city, Henan Province). Cao Wei was an important official and calligrapher in the Three Kingdoms period at the end of Han Dynasty.
Zhong You was born in Yingchuan, Zhongshi. During the Eastern Han Dynasty, Ju Xiaolian was born, and served as an assistant minister of Shang and Huangmen, assisting Emperor Xiandi to return to Luoyang in the east, and was named Donghou. After gaining the trust of Cao Cao, the prime minister of the dynasty, he became a captain, guarding Guanzhong, and made outstanding achievements, and was compared to Xiao He. Reluctantly moved to a former military adviser. When Cao Cao was made King of Wei, he served as Wei Dali Qing and Guo Xiang.
After the establishment of Cao Wei, after worshiping the court, he moved to Taiwei, ranking first in the three fairs. When he was promoted to be a teacher, he was named Hou of Lingxian County and called "Zhong Taifu". In the fourth year of Taihe (230), Zhong You died and posthumous title succeeded. ? [ 18]? Zhong You learned from Cao, Cai Yong, and learned from others, and was good at official script, regular script and running script. He has a thorough study of the composition and structure of calligraphy. His book is ingenious, interesting, dense and profound, natural and not carved.
Its regular script brushwork and structure have a strong official script flavor, and its style is simple. It has been regarded as a model by successive dynasties and has the reputation of "the ancestor of official books". Zhong You, Zhang Zhi, Wang Xizhi and Wang Xianzhi are collectively called "the four saints in the book"; Also known as "Zhong Wang" with Wang Xizhi. Zhong You's calligraphy has been handed down from generation to generation, but there are photocopies of Ji Zhi Biao, declaration forms, He Jie Biao, Li Ming Biao, and inscriptions on soldiers in the graveyard.
