Yu Mingquan was born in 1963. His real name is Quan Ming and he is different from others. Member of Education Committee of China Calligraphy Association, researcher of China Calligraphy Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Art, vice chairman of Shandong Calligraphy Association and member of Canglang Bookstore. At present, he is the director, professor and tutor of master students in Calligraphy Studio of Fine Arts College of Shandong University of Arts, the chief expert of key disciplines in universities of Shandong Province, and a visiting professor in many universities such as Nanjing Normal University.
