Zhang, whose real name is Joe, is a man of Qing Ju Xuan. National first-class artist, member of China Artists Association, graduated from the first advanced seminar of China Artists Association, painter of Yao Dawu Studio of Beijing Painting Academy, director of China National Painters Association. He is currently the president of Qinghui Painting and Calligraphy Institute, the vice president of China Bamboo Culture and Art Research Institute and the vice president of China International Painting and Calligraphy Research Institute.
