Who used to practice calligraphy in Changsha North Bookstore?

Ou Yangxun, a famous calligrapher in the Tang Dynasty, studied calligraphy and washed pens in Shutangshan, north of Changsha. Ou Yangxun was a famous calligrapher in Tang Dynasty. He was born in Hengzhou, which is now Hengyang, Hunan. Shutang Mountain is located 50 miles north of Changsha City, Hunan Province. Now it is Shutang Village, Tongguan Street, Wangcheng District. Ou Yangxun, a great calligrapher in the Tang Dynasty, and his son Ouyang Tong studied on this mountain. Shutang Temple is the former site of Ouyang's bookstore. The main peak of Shutang Mountain is 196.2 meters above sea level, and the shape of the mountain is like a pen, so it is also called Bijia Mountain. This is the hometown of Ou Yangxun, a great calligrapher in the Tang Dynasty. In Huizitang on the south slope of Shutang Mountain, there is a "pen-washing spring" where Ouyang and his son read and wash pens. The clear spring of the mountain stream flows through here and flows into a small pool. The word "Pen-washing Spring" was immediately engraved on the granite beside the pool, with calligraphy and vigorous pen edge.

Shutangshan and Xibi Spring have become historical sites because of the reputation of Ouyang and his son. Ou Yangxun practiced calligraphy here all the year round, and at the request of the king of the country, he co-edited Selected Works with others, which lasted for more than seven years and finally passed away at an advanced age. Ou Yangxun is proficient in calligraphy and is called "European Style". Masterpieces: Regular script includes Jiuchenggong Li Quanming, Huangfu Birthday Monument, Huadu Temple Monument, and running script includes Zhong Nimeng's stickers and thousands of characters. He has his own unique views on calligraphy, including eight methods of calligraphy works, teaching strategies and thirty-six methods of brushwork.
