Han Zhi, formerly known as Lou Jianguo, was called Xiao San. He also served as the owner of Zuiyue Zhai and Yangzhou Mohist School. He is currently a member of China Calligraphers Association, China Artists Association, Chinese Poetry Association and director of China Calligraphy and Painting Association.
Mr Han Zhi has always advocated the tradition of learning from others. He absorbed artistic nutrition from the fertile soil of China's cultural traditions for thousands of years, and kept on pioneering and innovating. His flower-and-bird paintings inherited the tradition of Song and Yuan Dynasties and combined the charm of Badashan people. Their style is unique, poetry, calligraphy and painting are in the same strain, the language of pen and ink is concise and bright, and the popularity of words is vividly on the paper.
