At the same time, he also reasonably integrated the concepts of sports medicine into teaching Sun-style Tai Chi. Among fists and swords, it is more suitable for all ages. The teacher believes that due to the changes of the times, traditional martial arts have developed and been promoted from both the niche and the public.
The first is to maintain and protect the fundamental characteristics of traditional martial arts as a martial art, but this requires a lot of time, energy, perseverance, masters and students who can endure hardship and have understanding, so this must be For those who are niche, they also need to be cautious in choosing inheritance, so they must be conservative or even called conservative. In this regard, such principles must be adhered to.
The second is to vigorously develop the fitness function of traditional martial arts. Because traditional martial arts, especially internal boxing, pays attention to nourishing Qi, the direct effect it will inevitably bring is fitness and health preservation. The general public should use this as the basis for fitness. Other sports are mostly restricted by the environment of the venue, and there are inconvenient factors. However, the practice of boxing can be performed in a small space and is not affected by clothing, venues, environment, etc., and can be practiced by people of all ages. Sun Style Tai Chi One of its characteristics is the elevated step work. In terms of venue selection, it can be used at home or at work, and there is no problem of bending the legs or bending the waist. At the same time, traditional internal martial arts and traditional Chinese culture are inseparable. It covers various disciplines such as Confucianism, Buddhism, Taoism, medicine, mathematics, etc., and at the same time enables Chinese people, especially young people, to better understand and learn Chinese traditional culture. It can be said to serve multiple purposes with one stone, so it can be used by the public.
