Yueyang Evening News reported on the afternoon of November 27, A seminar on Fan Zisheng's "The Light of the Tao Te Ching" was held at Pude Temple in Miluo City. More than 100 people including Fu Lei, deputy director of the Hunan Provincial Bureau of Religious Affairs, Bai Zunxian, chairman of the Yueyang Municipal People's Political Consultative Conference, deputy mayor Sui Guoqing, veteran comrade Huang Jiaxi and relevant experts, scholars and writers attended. Fan Zisheng is a well-known translator, writer and calligrapher. He was paralyzed from the neck down due to polio when he was 8 months old, but he relied on his tenacious perseverance to continue writing. His long monograph "The Light of the Tao Te Ching", which he wrote over three years, was recently published by Wuhan University Press, with a total of 250,000 words. It is the most comprehensive and systematic interpretation of Laozi's "Tao Te Ching" among all current studies in my country, and was highly recommended at the Beijing International Copyright Exhibition in August. At the seminar, Professor Zhu Lan from the National School of Administration gave a special report on "The Tao Te Ching and Traditional Chinese Culture". He was full of respect for Fan Zisheng and his research, and believed that "The Light of the Tao Te Ching" is the most important chapter in today's academic research on the "Tao Te Ching". 》an innovation.
