Engraved in October of the fourth year of Yonghe (348) in the Eastern Jin Dynasty. Regular script. 13 lines, 15 words per line. Existing Nanjing Cultural Relics Preservation Committee. January 19, 1965. Unearthed in Rentai Mountain, Yanziji, Nanjing. The epitaph is engraved on two sides of a stone. One side is Wang Xing's ambition, and the other side is his wife's ambition. Wang Xingzhi was Wang Binzi, and Wang Xizhi was his younger brother. Wang Xingzhi died in the seventh year of Emperor Xiankang of Jin Dynasty (341).
Judging from the tone of Zhiwen, it may have been written by brothers Wang Xingzhi.
