Notes and Reflections on Zhang Jilei's Lecture "Talking about Teachers' Personal Planning"

This afternoon, the college invited President Zhang Jilei from Zizhu Primary School affiliated to China Normal University and Minhang Yongde Experimental Primary School of China Normal University to have a sharing meeting in our college.

Here are some notes and thoughts.

First, be confident-I believe teachers should be able to look up to this industry. The annual salary of primary school teachers in Shanghai is about 6.5438+0.4 million. In the event of an epidemic, their wages will rise instead of falling. Housing is subsidized, and 500 yuan can share three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two halls in Shanghai every month. In short, there are many professional benefits. I really don't want to be a primary school teacher, but it may be a career with good conditions.

Second, have faith-be a good teacher. Only by loving this job can we do it well, and we can't be a teacher just because of external conditions, otherwise we will be very tired. Facing not only children, but also families.

If you want to be a good teacher, you should not only pay attention to teaching, but also gamble widely and learn more about street dance, ukulele, calligraphy and so on. These majors will help you influence infected students. Teachers' behavior will really affect students.

Third, be aggressive-if you persist in doing something for two or three years, you will achieve little. You should insist on doing one thing. We should be able to seize opportunities, make use of tasks and develop with the trend. Create opportunities without them.

Attitude is everything. Do you pursue perfection or are you just so-so? Is thinking advancing with the times or standing still? When there is pressure, is it positive or cynical to turn it into motivation? In a word, you must do what you want to be.

For example, if you want to be a person who can contribute to society and create value, you naturally have the ability to create value and meet the needs of society.

For example, if you want to be a rich man, you should do what rich people do. These people can invest, manage money, learn and make progress. We should try our best to do the same.

It took four years for bamboo to grow to 3cm, but from the fifth year, it grew wildly at a rate of 30cm per day, and it took only six weeks to grow to 15 m. When we work hard but can't see hope, we must clearly realize that I am not growing, but taking root.

Growth needs reserves. Only by doing well, accumulating and having the ability can we move towards a better tomorrow.

Xiao Si: I have such good conditions in this beautiful campus and at this beautiful age. I should spend more time to improve myself. Do things more seriously and strive for perfection. If we can't even do our daily chores well, we will be vulnerable to important things after gradually developing lazy thoughts.
