Tian Yingzhang, a calligraphy graduate student, a cadre of the Ministry of Personnel, and a doctoral tutor of calligraphy invited by China Renmin University. Graduated from Capital Normal University and Tokyo National University of the Arts. He has been a senior writer of the State Council's employment letter, the legal president of China Hard Pen Calligraphy Association, the president of Ou Yangxun Calligraphy Art Research Association, the director of China Calligraphy and Painting Talent Training Center of the Ministry of Personnel, the honorary president of China Calligraphy and Painting Research Institute, the professor of Japan Calligraphy and Painting Institute, the consultant of Japan Calligraphy Art Association and the vice chairman of Japan International Calligraphy and Painting Artists Union.
