If you want to write beautifully, you must first practice regular script and the most basic strokes (you can refer to Wang Xizhi's handwriting). The reason why we practice regular script is for the strength of the running script written in the future, and then practice it after the running script is formed. Many of them are Lian Bi. The reason why some people can write Lian Bi does not mean that writing quickly changes the order of strokes.
For example, we usually write a small horizontal line on the word "I", then a horizontal line in the middle and a vertical line in the middle. But if you want Lian Bi, you should write horizontal lines first, then vertical lines in the middle (two strokes can be combined), and then horizontal lines in the middle.
