In the spring of spring, the green dragon rushes under the head,

In the morning and afternoon, fellow practitioners open up the wilderness.

The first blessing of the field is to look forward to fruits and vegetables,

The body is nourished by work and rest in a moderate state.

Title: This article was posted for a whole month, and I wrote hundreds of words in the middle, but finally finished it. People always think of things too perfectly, but once they take action, they realize that they are a dwarf in front of reality, and the greed, anger and ignorance of human nature will be exposed. So what are all my struggles? Accept your imperfections, complete first, then perfect. Just for Mr. Ju’s words: “We are from the same place!”

Origin:

On the morning of May 15, 2018, a young man came to the wine warehouse of the bald fourth brother. Holding a travel-related promotional leaflet in my hand, thinking about the salesman coming from nowhere, I unconsciously labeled it a "shopping tour". The young man talked to me enthusiastically and agreed half-heartedly. The bald fourth brother who was busy in the wine warehouse said: "Young man is also a neighbor in the community." So I had a little more trust in the guy, and out of interest in the business model, I started to learn about his company's tourism projects.

What the guy recommends is the Yuhui Travel Annual Card, which has three biggest features: 1. If one person holds the card, two people are free; 2. The 1,680 yuan annual card allows unlimited travel at home and abroad. 3. In addition to round-trip transportation fees, entrance fees, food, drinks, entertainment and other expenses are free of charge. And such good things? Either cheat your father or rip off your customers. The topic turned to the boss of the company, Ju Zefeng. The bald fourth brother said in a loud voice from the wine cellar: "Ju Zefeng seems to be a classmate of my classmate, and we even had dinner together." From the fourth brother's words, I felt that Ju Zefeng shouldn't be such a bad guy, so why would he do such a bad tourism project? Curiosity killed the cat, otherwise I would have had a hard time writing this story.

Seeing my doubts, the young man said at the right time: "Our boss's WeChat account, why don't you add it?" Even though he knows it's a trick, he still wants those who are willing to take the bait. After all, Sheriff Bo has arrested people, let go of guns, climbed over walls, and fallen into pits. So I added WeChat, and I sent a self-introduction and two articles introducing my fourth brother. Among them, Mr. Ju’s two sentences instantly shortened the distance between time and space. One sentence was, “I resigned from the former Economic and Trade Commission in 2002 to start a business.” One sentence is "We are the same kind of people." The man is affectionate and the concubine is interested, so don't say anything anymore, just make an appointment with netizens!

Meeting:

Without stopping, at Mr. Ju’s warm invitation, my fourth brother and I went to his private tea room. We were in the east and Mr. Ju was in the west. There were no mountains and ridges to climb, and there were no monsters or monsters. When we were lamenting the hardships of Monk Tang and his disciples on their journey to learn scriptures, the subway line 2 we took shuttled underground and took us directly to Mr. Ju’s downstairs. What awaits us is Mr. Ju’s Buddha, tea and life stories.

Mr. Ju’s teahouse is located in Songzhi Vientiane City. When we came to the door, we found that the door handle was hanging down, obviously broken. The person who sold the lock discovered that the lock was broken, and suppressed the urge to maintain the lock, unable to jeopardize the Sheriff's worth. "Dong dong dong" A forty-year-old man opened the door for us. He is not tall, has small eyes, light eyebrows, bright forehead, short hair, full of yellow teeth, and wears a pair of glasses. He is a bit out of place and does not look like a rich man. Unlike the social brother, he is the protagonist of the story, Mr. Ju Zefeng, a Buddhist disciple who writes poetry, Zen and tea, and a marketing guru who lives in seclusion in the market.

Mr. Ju guided us into the tearoom. The tearoom is not big, but we can enjoy the tranquility to ourselves. A plaque with the four characters "Yun Shui Zen Heart" hangs on the east side; a tea tea utensil display rack is placed against the wall on the south side; a pile of special tea water packaged in green snakeskin bags can be seen on the ground on the west side; and a tea table is placed on the north side Calligraphy table; a tea table facing north and south is placed in the middle east. Mr. Ju sat facing east and facing west, and my fourth brother and I sat facing east and looked at each other. The tea was brewing and the story was slowly unfolding.

Buddha Encounter

In 2016, Mr. Ju went to the depths of the Dabie Mountains with his friends. The friend said there was a temple on the mountain, so he urged him to visit. Unexpectedly, he went astray. When he was at the end of the road, he raised his head and saw the Buddha Yuan (temple). It can be said that he has reached the same destination through different paths, so Mr. Ju converted to Buddhism.

From then on, studying Buddhism, drinking tea, writing poetry, and working gradually replaced the wrestling in the business world. Every time Mr. Ju goes to a place to pray for Buddha, he will compose a poem. He has composed more than twenty poems so far. Maybe because my wisdom is not deep, I can't remember the specific details clearly. The overall feeling can be replaced by a poem: "Picking chrysanthemums and going southeast, leisurely seeing the Nanshan Mountain." While we were talking, we had already tasted five or six kinds of tea. I can't wait. Urging Mr. Ju to tell his entrepreneurial story.

Entrepreneurship

Before 2002, Mr. Ju worked in a newspaper under the Anhui Provincial Economic and Trade Commission, responsible for advertising business and formal business establishment. Once a Wenzhou boss who produced elderly products needed to open up the Hefei market, so he asked Mr. Ju to make the plan. Mr. Ju planned a marketing event similar to a square dance competition, which became an instant hit and the product sold well. So the Wenzhou boss extended an olive branch and invited him to Wenzhou to trade the national market. Mr. Ju's obsession with the iron rice bowl made him hesitate for a long time. Later, an accidental incident stimulated Mr. Ju. His cousin could not find a job in Hefei, so he studied computer design for three months on the recommendation of Mr. Ju. Then his cousin went to Wenzhou with his relatives, with a monthly salary of 4,000 yuan. Mr. Ju's salary at that time was only 1,200 yuan. The income gap greatly stimulated Mr. Ju, so he resolutely resigned and accepted the olive branch from the Wenzhou boss. Next are Mr. Ju's four butterfly changes, three in Wenzhou and one in Hefei.

The Wenzhou boss was hungry for talent and hired Mr. Ju with a high salary. Mr. Ju took a drastic step and split the company structure that unified the operation of four products, and established four business divisions for independent operations, settlement and investment. Later, through a well-planned investment promotion activity, the company's annual sales soared from 50 million to 200 million, and he became the second-in-command. However, the good times did not last long. With the surge in sales, the company's production There is a serious disconnect with management. The Wenzhou boss invited Chen Anzhi's eldest disciple from Taiwan to take charge of the company's management, and gradually ignored Mr. Ju, who resigned angrily. However, this professional experience enabled me to get acquainted with resources in the local media industry, which laid the foundation for my own business in the future.

After resigning, he was immediately spotted by another boss who ran a digital city and took full charge of the computer city’s investment business. (I didn’t hear the whole part because I was on the phone). Anyway, the investment promotion of the Cyber ??City was very successful, and Mr. Ju got to know a large number of small business owners in the Cyber ??City. After that, Mr. Ju retired and started his first business.

Through two experiences as a professional manager, Mr. Ju got acquainted with media resources and connected with many small bosses. So Mr. Ju combined his expertise to help small business owners in Digital City provide one-stop advertising services from planning to printing. At that time, there were not many advertising companies that specialized in advertising, and even fewer did planning and advertising together. As a result, the small bosses all placed orders one after another, and Mr. Ju's advertising share once occupied 70% of Wenzhou's paper media.

Unforeseen circumstances occurred. Just when Mr. Ju's career was at its peak, an accident involving his father caused him to give up his career in Wenzhou and return to Hefei. After finishing the household chores, a long-time friend came to him and quietly confided in him a good project. So they went to the deep mountains and forests of Guizhou together to investigate the traditional method of eating fish of the Miao people. After three months of painstaking research, they combined modern craftsmanship to create the "Seven Seconds Fish" catering brand. So it was tested in Guiyang and was a great success. Later it was introduced to Anhui, first to Bengbu, and then to Hefei. Through a marketing campaign worth 10,000 yuan, the "Seven Seconds Fish" catering brand became popular throughout the province.

At present, Mr. Ju has handed over the business of Seven Seconds Fish to his partners. In addition to practicing Zen and drinking tea, he sharpens his mind. Mr. Ju also runs the Yuhui Tourism project, which was upgraded to the Yuhui Tourism Annual Pass as I mentioned above. At that time, I also raised two questions. First, how can such a cheap annual pass ensure the quality and profitability of travel? Second, it is said that Mr. Ju already has wealth and freedom, so why does he still want to travel? Mr. Ju also gave answers one by one. Local brand travel agencies are responsible for the quality of travel. Profit mainly depends on volume. Customers sent to tourist destinations in large quantities rely on subsidies from local governments and rebates from hotels. For customers, it is equivalent to getting wholesale prices.

Mr. Ju finally said that he still has a dream of running a homestay. Now that he is transitioning into tourism at this age, he is also looking for another possibility in life.

In just over two hours, Mr. Ju screened the most exciting story of his life for us, and it is hard to explain the pain of growing up. All people who are born upward will continue to carve themselves out, turning from seeking outside to seeking within. This is an inevitable process.
