Huang bingyin
Huang Bingyin (1922— 199 1 year), a native of Puning, eastern Guangdong, is the owner of the skyscraper. 195 1 graduated from southern university. He was a member of Guangdong Artists Association, Guangdong Calligraphers Association and a painter of Shantou Painting Academy. He used to be a member of the Standing Committee of Puning Federation of Literary and Art Circles, a member of China People's Political Consultative Conference, and chairman of Calligraphers Association.
