Who wrote the calligraphy of the title "Qiu Zu Ci Fu" in Qixia Taixu Palace?

So is the signature. Guan Tong (Aisingiorro Qilu), formerly known as Wang Tao; 1974 was born in Pingyin County, Jinan, Shandong Province. He grew up in Hegang, Heilongjiang Province as a child, then worked in Dongying, Shandong Province, and now lives in Beijing. He studied under Mr. Lou Yulie, a master of Chinese studies, and inherited the calligraphy of Ai Xinqiao Luo Hengde, a descendant of the royal family in the Qing Dynasty. He inherited the royal blessing culture of "the best blessing in the world", which is the source of all blessings, and was awarded the 11th inheritor of the Chinese intangible cultural heritage-the royal blessing culture of Aisin Gioro. Mr. Henderson personally named the royal family: Aisin Jiro Qilu, to show that the culture of Aisin Jiro family was passed down by the younger generation. The word "Fu" written by him is therefore called "the best blessing in the world", which is an auspicious embodiment of the 300-year-old royal cultural heritage of Aisin Gioro.
