Yu Shaoping, also known as Yu Yugong, is a famous painter. He was born in 1957 with the nickname Baixu. He is a native of Huang County, Shandong Province and currently lives in Suzhou.
Engaged in modern art, oil painting, printmaking, Chinese painting and calligraphy. He has held more than 20 personal art exhibitions in China, Austria and the United States. He uses painting as a process to improve his spiritual character, to explore and study tradition. He is making unremitting efforts, which is commendable. It's not that the appearance he painted is amazing, but it does have potential. It means it has more potential and is more eye-catching than what ordinary people can see. Mr. Yu is working within the Chinese system, so he not only uses some elements, but also integrates everything from the system, from technology to Taoism, from ideas to people, and works hard.
