This article: Post-it after drinking (Chapter II)

Qing Huan you Wei

When people reach middle age, they often look at their old age and wish they were old, with wine to drink and food to eat and a quiet life.

I ate what I deserved, and I got what I deserved, without any wild desires. I study hard all night, searching for chapters and sentences; South to north, flowing in Shenzhen and Beijing; Be rolled over and treated by peers; I slept in the basement and sat in the Great Hall of the People for a meeting. No longer expect too much, look forward to quiet years, parents raise their children and live to be old.

Su Dongpo and Tao Yuanming are my favorite people and their temperament. Dongpo was demoted for the first time and sent to my hometown of Hubei. In Huangzhou, he left many masterpieces like places of interest for people to see. Among them, The Taste of the World is Pure Joy was written when Huangzhou was demoted to Ruzhou four years later. Su Dongpo experienced great winds and waves before he knew that "Qinghuan" had a taste. Tao Yuanming, who has seen big scenes, will only "see Nanshan leisurely" after retiring from drinking-he has never seen the world and it is difficult to really see himself. "Qing Huan" and "Nanshan" are just the embodiment of ideal life-he won't come to their poems.

In my impression, the two ancients I like are both drunk and calm. In my impression, the ancient literati in China, both men and women, were more worried than happy, and they all drank wine to drown their sorrows.

Today, I came to Fenyang Xinghua Village Fenjiu Group in Shanxi and smelled the alcohol floating in the air here. When I came here, I just wanted to be an alcoholic. I can get drunk for beauty and not die for the time being. Glad you came, too. In Zuixianju, the statue of the shepherd boy stands impressively. "Excuse me, where is the restaurant? The shepherd boy refers to Xinghua Village. " Xinghua village is still there, and the wine is still there. Du Mu is hiding in the streamer. He is another drinker I like. For ancient literati, wine was the best hallucinogen at that time. Just like a crane, it can pull people who feel heavy out of the quagmire of reality.

The wine Du Mu drinks should be white wine. Is it the same as in my cup? He has drunk Fenjiu, maybe it's not as good as what's in my cup at the moment? Liquor brewing technology originated in Xinghua Village, Shanxi Province. Jin Yong, the oldest liquor brand in China, once said by Tian Boguang in the legendary swordsman: "I have heard that there is a famous wine in the world, Fenjiu in the north and Jiu Shao in the south." The fame of Fenjiu and Shaoxing rice wine naturally comes from the praise of princes and nobles. Yellow rice wine is turbid wine, Fenjiu is sake. Turbid wine comes first, sake comes last. During the Wei, Jin, Southern and Northern Dynasties, people in Xinghua Village, Shanxi Province changed turbid wine into sake for the first time through distillation technology, and there was liquor and Fenjiu in their mouths.

In China, wine used to be a part of etiquette, offering sacrifices to heaven and earth and entertaining guests in ancestral temples. Brewing wine was not a necessity in people's daily life in ancient times. Most of the earliest drinkers were rich people, and there were no ordinary people who could afford to drink wine every day-otherwise, probably not so many literati wrote wine in their poems. Fenjiu recorded in the Twenty-four History of Northern Qi Dynasty is indeed drunk. He recommended it to Wang Xiaoyu in Kang Shu, Henan Province, saying, "I drink two glasses of Fenjiu every day, and I advise you to drink two cups in Ye." This is a famous wine in history and the first liquor brand in China.

I have read On Wine by Manchu Tang Sun Lu. Mr. Tang was born in a famous family and went in and out of the Qing court since childhood. He wrote a collection of essays, China Eating Goods, which was worshipped by foodies. In the article, he said: "According to my personal taste of liquor, Shanxi Fenjiu is second only to Maotai liquor, which melts in the mouth and does not go to the head. However, Fenjiu is very strange. Drinking it locally in Shanxi does not mean how good it is. However, Fenjiu is out of Shanxi Province, and it is naturally outstanding compared with liquor in other places. If you come to Fenjiu first and then drink other wines, it is the best Erguotou, and you feel that there is water and you can't drink it. "

For me, Fenjiu and mature vinegar can best represent the taste of Shanxi. Oil noodles were eaten many years later, and I think they are particularly delicious. I expected something only because Wang Zengqi said that Cao Naiqian's novels tasted like cotton wool-I read them and liked Cao Naiqian. As a result, the oily noodles I ate in Shanxi were not as delicious as I thought. The smell of Fenjiu is floral, jasmine or orchid, which varies according to the depth of inhalation. The same glass of wine smells different. The fragrance of Fenjiu is hierarchical, and the floral fragrance is diverse. Tieguanyin in Anxi, Fujian can also have such a changeable fragrance. I have never seen Fenjiu at such a level. Fu Shan has a calligraphy work called Making Flowers. I think it's wonderful and appropriate to describe Fenjiu and Tieguanyin.

The fragrance of Fenjiu, clear and thin, needs to be carefully played to discover. The feelings in the world, the feelings between friends and relatives, also need to be carefully tasted before they are found to be so subtle and meaningful.

Perhaps there are fewer and fewer tongues that find great flavor in light, or fewer and fewer people can stew great flavor in light. Nowadays, people's stories are getting heavier and heavier, and people almost forget what it means to be "tasteless".

Every day when I come home from work, I will say to my mother, "I'm back." Mother said flatly, "Oh, get ready for dinner." Every day when I send my children to school, they will say to me at the school gate, "Bye, Dad." I will turn around and leave. This kind of life scene happens every day, savoring it carefully, but having a sense of happiness. After years of love, mom and dad got married. My parents are separated to take care of my children. My father came to my 60-square-meter crowded house in Beijing, and the family was reunited. For many years, the telephone porridge at night has become a silent sleep. Mom and dad are old, he laments her nagging, and she is dissatisfied with his insensitivity. How many years have passed? Never leave.

There are two old people waiting for you at home, and the children will fly away in the future. Strong love will become a long-term partner, and the lover is relatively speechless with you. After a long time, I live an ordinary life, and companionship is the silent confession of my loved ones.

Only experienced people can truly understand that ordinary life is beautiful.

When my father was young, he was seriously ill. I was a few months old when I got sick, and I was already in primary school when I recovered. I remember when I was a child, in hot1February, people lined up at the office window of the production team with steel bars, waiting for the accountant and cashier to settle the bill. A family would be happy to save 180 yuan. My father was born that year. To my surprise, my mother said, "if it weren't for the group, your father might not have lived." At that time, everyone was poor and your father was in poor health. This is the light of a collective existence. " The cause of the serious illness was menstruation's massive bleeding when her cousin was born. Blood will be lost after blood transfusion. What can be used to replenish blood in times of poor living conditions? The young doctor in the health center said to his father, "If you think clearly, you will lose a lot and your sister is unlikely to be saved." Mother said: "At that time, my father gave a bottle of glucose blood to my aunt. The blood was poured into the washbasin, and there should be a small half basin."

My cousin and my mother are both victims of dystocia in menstruation. My cousin was born without a mother. Cousin had no choice, and mother acquiesced in the possible disaster. My mother didn't stop my father from donating blood to my aunt. I know my mother. She wouldn't do that. My father has kidney disease. I suddenly realized how unspeakable my mother suffered in her young years and those years.

Father is old. He became more and more silent. I can feel that he is satisfied with his present life. During my stay in Beijing, my father in his sixties worked as a handyman in shopping malls and restaurants in Beijing, leaving early and returning late every day. My father doesn't want to be idle. I advised him not to work so hard. He said, "You bought a house and owe a lot of money to the bank. How can I feel at ease?" I have been working in the construction site of my hometown and I am in good health. Don't worry. "My mother is over 60 years old and insists on picking up waste to supplement her family. Her behavior of picking up garbage made me feel a little embarrassed in the community. Mother said: "I don't steal or rob, and I am honest." Where can you lose face? "My father and mother live a simple life, and they make me feel a little extravagant is a crime-I have no reason to enjoy myself.

Father has two kinds of fun. One is to drink a small glass of wine and eat two handfuls of raw peanuts every day; The second is shuffling cards and playing mahjong on the table. The doctor told his father that after he recovered, he could drink alcohol in moderation every day and eat raw peanuts when drinking-the red coating of raw peanuts is a kidney health care drug. For decades, my father's illness has never recurred, and wine has gradually changed from medical AIDS to his daily necessities. Father drinks the glass of wine that his mother pours in front of him every night. After drinking, his dull father will become lively and sometimes smile. He has been tired for most of his life. If there is steamed pork cooked by his mother on the table, he will look intoxicated and stir-fry peanut shells with his hands. Then peanuts will draw a beautiful arc in the air and fly into his mouth. He chewed, then picked up the cup and took a sip-yes, Liu Zi, this is the most wonderful music I have ever heard.

The news that the house is facing demolition came from my hometown. My father resigned. He gave me tens of thousands of dollars saved from his work in recent years, clamoring to go back. I know, it makes sense, but it's just an excuse-there's not much mortgage left, and my house in Beijing is too small for five people. I tried my best to keep my father, and my mother said, "Let him go home. He is unwilling to play mahjong. No matter how good Beijing is, he can't make up a table of mahjong tiles with acquaintances. His hands itch for a long time these days. Let him go home and play mahjong with his old neighbor. "

My dad has been drinking for most of his life, but he hasn't had any good wine, and he won't let me buy him wine. He is leaving Beijing, so I bought him a bottle of Maotai. As soon as Maotai was opened, the sauce was overflowing, so I poured a cup for my father. My father picked up a small wine glass with Maotai characteristics, smelled it and said, "Wine is good, but it is too expensive." With that, he finished the wine in the cup in one gulp, picked up the bottle cap and sealed the bottle again. He reuses the cup he uses every day and pours bulk liquor for himself and me. I took a sip of my father's white wine, which was faint and fragrant, and the taste was my father's natural and simple life. My father and I clinked glasses and drank happily. I held back my tears. Father took the bottle of Maotai and returned to his hometown 1000 kilometers away.

That bottle of Maotai, with a cup, was treasured by my father. Wine is for drinking. I asked my father why he didn't drink this bottle of Maotai. Father smiled and said, "People who drink for a long time know what kind of wine they like. I like Fenjiu with fragrant flavor. Maotai is not suitable, not only expensive, but also too fragrant. " I went back to Hubei to see my father that day and brought him two bottles of blue and white Fenjiu. After drinking, my father casually said, "Fenjiu is light, fragrant, mellow and strong."
