The history of bamboo weaving in Quxian County can be traced back to more than 2,300 years ago, and ancient people living in this area began to weave labor tools and household appliances with bamboo. The history of Qingshen bamboo weaving can be traced back to the Neolithic Age more than 5,000 years ago. At that time, the ancestors of Qingshen began to raise silkworms with bamboo dustpans and weave bamboo utensils for daily life.

On June 7, 2008, Liu's bamboo weaving and Qingshen's bamboo weaving in Quxian County were included in the second batch of national intangible cultural heritage lists and became one of the national intangible cultural heritages.

Qingshen bamboo weaving adopts bamboo raw materials from protected areas, with slender body and flexible texture. Around the characteristic cultural landscape, calligraphy works, portraits of celebrities, hand-woven in a specific environment, without any adhesive to lock the mouth.

The whole product has the advantages of uniform thickness, smooth operation, tight knitting, no throwing and squeezing, no joints, smooth feel, no burrs, neat and round edges, and no false needles, missed needles and missed needles.
