Fu Jiayi (1945-200 1), born in Chang 'an, Shaanxi Province, was a Taoist whose real name moved from time to time. Member of China Calligraphers Association, Vice Chairman of Shaanxi Calligraphers Association, Vice Chairman of Provincial Calligraphers Association, President of Zhongnan Printing Society, Vice President of An Calligraphy and Painting Institute, member of Shaanxi Archaeological Society, member of Shaanxi Artists Association, researcher of Shaanxi Calligraphy and Painting Art Theory Research Association, curator and associate researcher of An China Calligraphy Art Museum.

Fu Jiayi, a native of Zhong Nanshan, roamed the northern and southern Tianshan Mountains before his death, "entering Qin Gong and leaving the Han Temple at dusk", studying the art and calligraphy relics of Sanqin.
