Woodcarving plaques in China Buddhist Library and Cultural Relics Museum.

On the morning of October 23rd, 2007110: 30, the plaque unveiling ceremony of China Buddhist Library and Cultural Relics Museum Office was held in Fayuan Temple. Yi Changlao, president of the Chinese Buddhist Association and abbot of Fayuan Temple in Beijing, personally presided over the unveiling of three woodcarving plaques hanging in the office. Master Yuan Zhi, executive deputy director of China Buddhist Library and Cultural Relics Museum, and some staff members attended the unveiling ceremony. Mr Li, a famous Beijing woodcarving artist, made a special trip to attend the unveiling ceremony.

The office of China Buddhist Library and Cultural Relics Museum was originally the east wing of Fayuan Temple, formerly known as Jingangtang. The original plaque has been corroded by the years. In order to restore the original dignity of the Dojo, in May 2007, the abbot of Fayuan Temple in Beijing wrote two plaques, namely "King Kong Hall" and "Buddha's light shines everywhere". Mr. Li Ruo, a famous calligraphy artist in Beijing Xiong Fei Woodcut Art Center, personally carved and donated all the "super cool" inscriptions written by Master Hongyi to China Library and Cultural Relics Museum for free.
