Brief introduction of the National Public Security Literature and Art Federation

The National Federation of Public Security Literature and Art (hereinafter referred to as the National Federation of Public Security Literature and Art) is an industrial, national and non-profit organization voluntarily composed of the National Public Security System Public Security Literature and Art Federation and the Provincial Public Security Literature and Art Federation. Established on February 29th, 2004, 65438+ is affiliated to the first-level organization of the Ministry of Public Security. With the care and support of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Public Security, the first congress of the National Public Security Federation of Literary and Art Circles was held from February 28th to 29th, 2004. 65438+On February 29th, the National Public Security Federation of Literary and Art Circles was formally established. There are four professional committees under the leadership of the chairman, vice-chairman and secretary-general, namely, the Literature Committee, the Calligraphy, Art, Photography and Philatelic Committee, the Cultural Work Committee and the Information Committee. Twenty-eight provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government have established public security literary and art circles. The National Public Security Federation of Literary and Art Circles adopts two forms: group membership and individual membership. The first session has 10 corporate members and about 2000 individual members. The All-China Federation of Public Security Literary and Art Circles is responsible for liaison, coordination and service to members of various organizations, and undertakes matters that need to be arranged by members of organizations as a whole. Under the care of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Public Security and the leadership of the Political Department of the Ministry of Public Security, the All-China Federation of Public Security Literary and Art Circles accepts the guidance of the Federation of Chinese Literary and Art Circles and the supervision and management of the Ministry of Civil Affairs.
