At the invitation of our school, Mr. Ouyang Zhongshi, an 86-year-old famous calligrapher, calligrapher and cultural scholar, gladly wrote the name of "Linyi No.1 Middle School in Shandong Province" for our school on March 24, 20 14, expressing his deep love and support for our school and showing his broad educational feelings.
On March 27th, 20 14, the vice president of our school went to Beijing. On behalf of all the teachers and students of our school, Mr. Wang, the student and spokesperson of Mr. Ouyang and the president of China Calligraphy and Culture Research Institute of Capital Normal University, expressed his high respect and sincere gratitude to Mr. Ouyang, and was awarded the Mo Bao of Mr. Ouyang.

Linyi No.1 Middle School in Shandong Province is now divided into headquarters, south campus and north campus. There are 150 classes, more than 8,000 students and more than 500 faculty members.
The school was founded in the 29th year of Guangxu in Qing Dynasty (1903), and Yizhou Middle School was established in Kaobang. After a hundred years of vicissitudes, it has changed its name several times. It has been called Shandong No.10 Middle School, Shandong No.5 Middle School, Shandong No.5 Middle School, Shandong Linyi Middle School and Linyi Hongqi Middle School.
At that time, Shandong Provincial No.5 Middle School, with perfect rules and regulations and prosperous career, was an educational pearl in southern Shandong. When the Anti-Japanese War broke out, the school retreated to the rear, and some teachers and students went to Yan 'an. After the founding of New China, junior high school resumed enrollment, and Linyi Normal School was temporarily established, called the Middle School Department, and moved back to the experimental shed the following spring.
