After Qin Shihuang unified China, Xiao Zhuan adopted the policy of "writing with the same class, driving with the same road". Unified measurement's policies are in the charge of Prime Minister Reese. On the basis of the original script of Da Zhuan, Qin simplified it, canceled six other scripts, and created a unified Chinese writing form.
