Baomo Garden is a sacred place that I have been longing for for for a long time. Located in Zini Village, Shawan Town, Panyu District, Guangzhou, it was built in the late Ming and early Qing Dynasties and covers an area of 2,000 square meters. Destroyed in the fifties. 1995, which took eight years to rebuild, has now expanded to 6,543,800 square meters, integrating Qing Palace, Lingnan Garden, Lingnan Architecture, Pearl River Delta water town characteristics and ancient and modern art. Buildings in the park: gardens, mountains and rivers, stone bridges, etc. There is a reasonable layout, which constitutes a beautiful and spectacular scenery, which makes me yearn for it more.
Before entering the Baomo Garden, the surrounding scenery made people feel harmonious and natural, and they walked into the gate of Baomo Garden unconsciously. I went directly to a small stone bridge called Jiulong Bridge. The sculpture of this bridge is like nine dragons playing with each other. Under the bridge is a long river that runs through Li Jingwan, Qingping Lake and Mo Bao Lake. It is as flat as a mirror and flows endlessly. From time to time, koi fish of Lei Yu Pond makes elegant gestures in various ways to attract tourists to feed. Follow the path on the right and you will come to Baogong Temple, which was built to record Baogong's honest behavior. Indeed, Bao Gong is admirable.
Then I went to Zhao Shaoang Art Museum and Yang Shanshen Art Museum, both of which have their heads. They look so lifelike! But what I admire most is their calligraphy and painting, which is vivid and pleasing to the eye. Walking, I saw a Jade Guanyin, which was rebuilt. It turns out that Guanyin is on a rockery, about one meter high and gray. However, due to the destruction of Baomo Garden, Guanyin had to be rebuilt. Now Guanyin is two meters high and stands underground. There is a "precious tree" in Baomo Garden-Millennium Podocarpus. Although this Podocarpus is short, it is over 1000 years old! Podocarpus grows in the shade, grows slowly and has a long life. Podocarpus has bright green leaves, light green back with purplish red, and grows on a thick fleshy receptacle. It seems that this Millennium Podocarpus is quite "young", and it really doesn't look as old as that.
Crossing the Purple Ribbon Bridge, we came to the large-scale relief porcelain mural The Riverside Scene at Qingming Festival, which has been listed as "the best in Guinness World". The mural technique is exquisite and unparalleled. The characters in the painting are lifelike and lifelike, which fascinates me. Behind the riverside scene on the Qingming Festival is the rose garden, where flowers are in full bloom and birds are singing and flowers are fragrant. The little dancer butterfly danced among the flowers. There are many kinds of roses, including red, yellow, white and pink, which make people see things in a blur.
Next to the rose garden is the lotus pavilion. People are tired, so they sit in Guanlian Pavilion. The spring breeze blows gently, and the fragrance of roses comes face to face, which is refreshing. Although the lotus in the lotus pond has not yet blossomed, the famous "Lotus Fairy" is already very eye-catching. The lotus fairy was dressed in white and danced. No wonder it is the most lotus.
The river winds away. Running water with birds singing really has a sense of tranquility and the beauty of nature. Fish swim happily in the clear and spotless stream.
