Chai Yong, male, born in 1956, pen name Shan Weng, lives at No.3 Shizhaizhu. He is currently a member of Shanxi Calligraphers Association, director of China Calligraphers Association, honorary chairman of Taiwan Province Cross-Strait Cultural Exchange Association, vice president of Datong Poetry, Calligraphy and Printing Research Association, professor of Yungang Painting Academy, vice president of Datong Calligraphers Association, member of Datong CPPCC and president of Datong Youth Calligraphy School.
