Zhao Mengfu's most representative work is Rebuilding the Third Floor of the Xuan Temple, in which Zhao Mengfu has always believed in Taoism and highly respected it, so many of his works are inscriptions for some Taoist temples.
The story of rebuilding the three gates of Xuanmiao Temple is engraved on the stone tablet in front of the main entrance of Xuanmiao Temple. It is the pinnacle of Zhao Mengfu's regular script. The paper is 35.8 cm wide and 283.8 cm long. The stone carving of this minaret still exists in front of the gate of the Xuanmiao Temple, but it is not the original stone carving of Zhao Mengfu.
The original stone carving has long since disappeared, and may have disappeared in the long river of history. This stone carving was later entrusted by Suzhou Taoist Association to Suzhou Stone Carving Museum and copied by famous artists.
