As an art school directly under the Ministry of Education, the Central Academy of Fine Arts recruits undergraduate students from all over the country every year. Except for a few majors, Set up a provincial plan to organize separate examinations for professional courses and independently set the admission score for cultural courses. Candidates who apply for our college must first take the professional examination. Those who pass the exam will be sent a "Cultural Course Admission Notice" by the school. Candidates can use this form to register for the National Unified College Entrance Examination at the place of residence for that year, and can fill in their application for our college. Our college will select the best candidates based on their professional scores and cultural class scores. Professional examinations
Professional examinations are organized independently by our college and are generally scheduled to be held at the end of February and early March of that year. In addition to setting up examination rooms in our college in Beijing, in order to facilitate the registration of candidates, examination centers are also set up in some cities in other provinces. In recent years, professional examination centers have been set up in Shenyang, Qingdao, Wuhan, Nanjing, Chengdu, Lanzhou and Guangzhou. Several test centers will start the test at the same time. Candidates can choose the nearest test center to take the test. The school has restrictions on which provinces candidates can take the test in Beijing. Candidates are asked to understand in advance and not to delay the test.
Except for the fine arts major, all other majors must be registered on-site by the candidates themselves. Before registering, candidates should carefully read this year's "Admissions Brochure" to understand the admissions majors and registration requirements, choose the majors to apply for, especially the registration methods for concurrent majors. In addition to filling out the "Registration Form", you must also prepare 3 photos of your ID, the original and a copy of your ID card. If your ID card is lost, you must provide a certificate with your photo and ID number issued by the police station where you are registered. The original copy (the photo must be stamped with the official seal of the police station). Candidates who have registered for art examinations in this province also need to submit the province's "Art Professional Test Application Certificate" for verification. When registering, candidates are also required to fill in the "Enrollment Registration Machine Readable Card" and the "Cultural Course Examination Notice" return envelope on site, and pay the registration fee, etc. After completing the registration process, candidates will receive the "Professional Examination Admission Ticket". The admission ticket will indicate each professional examination subject and examination time. The registration site will also contain some important notices such as examination room arrangements. Candidates must read carefully and understand the requirements, especially the time and gathering place for the first exam, the exam room they are in, and the drawing tools they should prepare.
The application method for the Fine Arts major is different from other majors. Candidates can apply according to the requirements stipulated in the brochure for that year. The examination subjects are different for each major. The plastic arts major must take the four subjects of sketching, sketching, color and proposition creation; the Chinese painting major must take the four subjects of sketching, sketching, calligraphy creation and proposition creation; the calligraphy major must take the test of calligraphy creation, seal cutting creation and calligraphy history. There are three subjects of general knowledge; four subjects of drawing, color, graphic design and three-dimensional design are required for art design majors; three subjects of sketching, color and three-dimensional design are required for architecture majors. When the professional examination starts, candidates must enter the examination room with their admission ticket and ID card, both of which are indispensable. Candidates must take good care of their IDs. Once lost or forgotten, they will not be allowed to enter the examination room and will lose the opportunity to take the exam. Candidates are not allowed to bring items unrelated to the examination, especially communication equipment, into the examination room, otherwise they will be disqualified from the examination. After entering the examination room, you must listen carefully to the invigilator's announcement of the examination room rules and abide by the examination room disciplines.
After the professional examination, the test papers in various locations will be sealed in accordance with confidentiality requirements and transported back to Beijing with special personnel for centralized and unified scoring. The admissions committee of the college designates professional teachers to form a scoring team for each subject, which adopts a collective scoring method, and the scores are recorded on-site after being reviewed by experts from the admissions committee and the academic committee. The entire process is conducted under the supervision of the Discipline Inspection Commission, and the original transcripts are sealed and filed by the Discipline Inspection Commission to eliminate possible fraud in the scoring process.
The admissions office of the college will announce the results of the professional examination on the website of our college before April 5 of that year. Culture Course Examination
Candidates who pass the professional examination can register for the National Unified Culture Course Examination for General College Admissions at the place of residence with the "Culture Course Examination Notice" sent by the college, and can Fill in the application form for our hospital.
The mathematics scores of candidates applying for the majors of plastic arts, Chinese painting, and calligraphy will not be included in the total score; the mathematics scores of candidates applying for the majors of architecture, art design, and fine arts will be included in the total score. According to the unified requirements of the Ministry of Education, starting from 2006, the mathematics scores of candidates applying for all art majors will be included in the total score. In addition, all candidates applying for our college must take the comprehensive examination subjects, otherwise they will not be admitted.
Art design and architecture majors accept both arts and science candidates. There is no distinction in arts and sciences exams for cultural subjects. Students from science-based provinces will be admitted based on liberal arts standards based on their scores in cultural subjects.
Admission
According to the candidates’ performance in cultural courses, professional courses, political, ideological and moral examination and physical examination, the candidates will be admitted on a selective basis. The admission methods for different majors are different, but for candidates with particularly excellent overall scores in their majors, appropriate extra points will be given in cultural courses during admission. For candidates with particularly excellent scores in a single subject of professional courses, extra points will be given to the majors during admission. At the same time, candidates with particularly excellent scores in cultural courses will be given priority for admission.
