Aren't those brands made in China?

In May 2006, American CVC (an investment management company jointly established by Citigroup and Asia-Pacific Enterprise Investment Management Company * * *) acquired Chenming Paper Group, a leading papermaking enterprise in China.

The German company Beiersdorf, which produces Nivea, wants to acquire four major hair care brands, namely Shu Lei, Feng Ying, Shunshuang and Mei Tao, which are the largest hair care enterprises in China, for nearly 2 billion yuan.

Unilever, which produces Lux and Qingyang, buys China toothpaste.

American Johnson & Johnson, which owns Radar, Mr. Wittmann, Jiali and Belle Zhu, acquired Megatron. Although it has been redeemed now, the market share of Meijiajing is not as good as it was then.

L 'Oré al France, which owns international brands such as L 'Oré al, Canil, Yuxi, Lancome, biotherm, Shu Uemura, giorgio armani, Vichy, la roche-posay and Meizi, buys little nurses.

Johnson & Johnson, Clean Neutrogena, Band-Aid, Tylenol, Peresson, Dykonen, Anle and many other brands acquired Dabao Group.

French SEB, which owns world-renowned electrical appliances and cookware brands such as TEFAL, Moulinex, Rowenta, Krups, All-Clad and Lagostina, acquired Shanghai Red Heart and Zhejiang Supor.

American Gillette Company acquired China's first battery brand "Fu Nan".

France's Danone acquired Wahaha, Robust, Shanghai Meilin Zhengguanghe and Wuhan Dongxihu Beer, and participated in Huiyuan, Guangming and Mengniu.

Harbin beer, an American AB company with Budweiser brand, plans to buy Tsingtao beer.

Newcastle Group of Scotland acquired Chongqing Beer,

Belgian InBev Beer Group Fujian Jin Xue Beer Group,

Hong Kong China Resources Company acquired Sichuan Lan Jian Beer Company,

InBev shares in Yanjing Beer.

British Diageo Wines acquired Fang Shuijing, Sichuan.

Goldman Sachs Investment Company acquired Shuanghui, Yurun, Taizi Milk and Country Garden.

Swiss Haorui, Morgan Stanley, Ireland CRH, Morgan Stanley and CDH jointly invested in the acquisition of four major domestic cement brands: Huaxin, Conch, Yatai and Shanshui.

Saint-Gobain of France wholly acquired Xuzhou Iron and Steel General Factory,

German Bosch Wuxi Fu Wei, American agricultural machinery tycoon John Deere bought Jiamusi combine harvester factory, American international coal mining machinery group Jixi coal machine and Mei Jia coal machine, and Swedish Atlas company bought Shenyang rock drilling factory. Caterpillar Mountain Machinery, Liugong and Xiagong, the world's largest multinational construction machinery company. American Handing bought Yuchai construction machinery, and American Carlyle bought Xugong Group, the largest enterprise in China construction machinery industry.
