Chen Qingquan, a first-class artist, is a full-time painter in Beijing. He used to be the director of the Landscape Painting Committee of the Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Institute, the director of the China Painters Association, the director of the International Artists Federation, the editorial board of the Chinese edition of Who's Who in the World, and the vice presidents of many domestic painting institutes.
