Zhao Puchu, president of the Chinese Buddhist Association, wrote a couplet for Xiangshan Temple: "Yu Fen Lingtai, San Ji, always shines in silence; Hua yanjue's ten dharma circles always contain harmony. " The four characters of "patriotism and love for religion" between the double eaves on the front of the main hall are also Zhao Puchu's calligraphy; The "Xiangshan Temple" plaque was inscribed by Liu Haisu, a contemporary artist. The "pure land on earth" behind the temple was written by Buddhist master Yu Yu; The front door of the main hall is carved with two dragons embracing the sun, and the back door is carved with two phoenixes facing the sun.
Behind the Hall of Great Heroes is the Hall of Tongyuan, and in the middle is the statue of Guanyin with a thousand hands. Guanyin statue plays an important role in Xiangshan Temple. On the gate is an inscription written by Chen Futong, a librarian of Guizhou Literature and History Museum and deputy editor-in-chief of Guizhou Provincial Records: "In ancient temples, Buddhist lanterns and lanterns are used to dream all night, and only the courtyard listens to Sanskrit to enlighten the world to do good."
