Although Zhuge Liang was buried in Dingjun Mountain after his death, the goose was confessed by Zhuge Liang to prevent his tomb from being stolen. After his death, Zhuge Liang told his subordinates not to be reburied, just the coffin. Moreover, Zhuge Liang also had his tombstone engraved, meaning: I didn't rebury to prevent grave robbery, but there was a coffin inside. Even if it is dug up, there is no treasure. Why bother?
And many grave robbers know it well. Zhuge Liang was very proficient in organ art and law before his death. Most grave robbers are afraid that they will die under the organ when they go in. Therefore, most grave robbers think that stealing Zhuge Liang's tomb is not only risky, but also a great loss if there are no funerary objects, as Zhuge Liang said, so few grave robbers will dig Zhuge Liang's tomb!
Secondly, many archaeologists believe that Zhuge Liang's mausoleum in Dingjun Mountain is a cenotaph. According to historical records, Zhuge Liang left a will after his death, and ordered his men to arrange four big men to carry the coffin south with ropes, and then went to the place where the ropes were broken and buried there. But you might as well think about it. You have to wait until the rope breaks, which will be a long time! Therefore, after the four great men walked a certain distance, they buried Zhuge Liang at will. But when Liu Chan knew this, he not only ordered the execution of these four great men, but also made Zhuge Liang's burial place a mystery. Until now, no one knows.
