Yu Wenping is a national exhibition judge of China Calligraphers Association and China Artists Association. Academician of Seal Script Research Institute of Beijing Forbidden City, and tutor of advanced research class of Tsinghua University Academy of Fine Arts. His artistic achievements and works are widely recognized, and he is regarded as an important figure to fill the vacancy in China's calligraphy history. He has held solo exhibitions at home and abroad for many times.
