Evolutionary model:
Seal script has fixed the number of strokes of each character, and official script has formed a new stroke system, and the font is gradually flat and square; After the birth of regular script, the font of Chinese characters tends to be stable, and the basic strokes of "horizontal, vertical, scattered, point, press, pick and fold" are determined, the stroke shape is further standardized, and the number and order of strokes of each herringbone gradually tend to be stable.
For more than a thousand years, regular script has been the standard character of Chinese characters. Chinese characters are an ideographic writing system based on pictophonetic characters, with pictophonetic characters as the main body, totaling about 10 thousand, of which about 3 thousand are the most commonly used. The earliest script appeared in the late Shang Dynasty, about14th century BC, when the initial stereotyped writing, namely Oracle Bone Inscriptions, was formed. Oracle Bone Inscriptions is both a hieroglyph and a phonography. Until now, there are still some pictographs in Chinese characters, which are very vivid.
The origin of calligraphy:
China's calligraphy art began in the generation stage of Chinese characters. "Voice can't spread in different places, but stay in different times, so words were born. Writer, so it is the trace of Italian sound. " As a result, words came into being. The earliest works of calligraphy art are not words, but some descriptive symbols-hieroglyphics or picture words.
Symbols depicting Chinese characters first appeared on pottery. The primitive depiction symbol only represents a rough concept of chaos and has no exact meaning. Painted pottery with simple descriptions of similar characters was unearthed at Banpo site of Yangshao culture about 6,000 years ago. These symbols are distinguished from patterns, which promotes the development of Chinese characters. This can be said to be the origin of China characters.
