E-book method classroom

Teacher Toby Lin, the founder of Xuan Tong Classroom, talked about this problem in an earlier interview. She said, many people may say that they will never draw, and their movements are not harmonious, but everyone can write, or you have been forced by a teacher or an adult to write big characters with a brush on a summer afternoon, and we will have an emotional connection with the brush and ink. In that era when there were no photos and videos, a person's handwriting always represented his mental outlook, and so did the ancient imperial examinations. Calligraphy plays a very important role in the traditional culture of China. After a long period of practice and accumulation, it also grows in our blood.

Today, through the practice of calligraphy, we can understand ancient aesthetics. Writing in a stroke can resonate with ancient literati and their literary minds. Writing is really an easy thing to emulate and a happy thing. When the soft brush is well controlled, we can also control and place our hearts. Many people think that calligraphy can't be adhered to, because writing well is meaningless. Just like a man who loves running very much now, it is meaningless for him to compare speed with the world champion. But you are running and writing every day, and you are constantly accumulating a kind of ability for yourself. It is this self-disciplined attitude that helps people a lot.

A friend of mine said that in the future, we will need calligraphy more and aesthetic education more, because artificial intelligence has brought us a lot of scientific and technological beauty, and it has also brought us shortcomings while providing us with convenience. When everything is mechanized, people's spontaneous creation will become more and more precious. The missing part depends on those traditional skills and projects, so let's make up for it from the body and from the heart.

I think what Toby Lin said is very reasonable. Science and technology are progressing, and our traditional culture should be passed on.
