Zhong Shi's calligraphy

China has a rich cultural history in ancient times, which can be witnessed by countless cultural treasures, and some cultural relics, their existence is also a coincidence, especially a calligraphy work called Tiezi, which should have been burned, but was accidentally preserved, which has to start with Fu Bi, the famous prime minister of the Song Dynasty.

Fu Bi is a native of Luoyang, Henan Province, born in 1004. Fu Bi was clever and fond of reading and writing since he was a child, so he was appreciated by Fan Zhongyan when he was young. He was recommended as a judge in Cai Mao and will supervise and sign books for Heyang. Soon, he was transferred to Kaifeng.

During his tenure as an official, Fu Bi remained uncorrupted and insisted on the emperor's clean government. He also gained a reputation for firmness and honesty. Since then, he has been sent to Liao as a diplomat many times, and he is also very concerned about the situation in Xixia. With his own experience and influence, he helped the Song Dynasty pry open the alliance between Liao and Xia, and gradually stabilized the tripartite confrontation between Song, Liao and Xixia. Therefore, in 1069, Fu Bi was regarded as the official position of the prime minister, which can be said to be a great minister. However, his career reached its peak here. Because of his opposition to Wang Anshi's political reform, Fu Bi was driven out of Beijing, exiled to Bozhou, and later retired to Luoyang.

Fu Bi, who must embark on his official career, has not been idle. At that time, his calligraphy was a must in the Song Dynasty, and his writing was magnificent, and there was an endless stream of people seeking words. Many works, such as Fu Bi's memorial, Ann Bian Ce and anthology, have been preserved, and there is still a volume for the public.

Fu Bi has a very precious son, who was born to Yan Shu, the daughter of the former Prime Minister. His name is Shao. Fu Bi nurtured him carefully since he was a child, hoping that he would become the head of state one day.

When Shao grows up, he will go to Beijing to take the exam soon. By this time, Fu Bi had been driven out of Beijing, but he still remembered his son. In order to prevent accidents, Fu Bi decided to write a letter to his friend who was an official in Beijing, asking him to "take care of" his son. This is the famous "sub-post", which is very concise and has 44 words:

"Zi Fu blunt, and never stop. In Shi Jing's later years, people who knew little about each other often invited you to visit me. Fortunately, I am lucky to have your advice one by one. This is also asking for C, and then going up. "

What do you mean? It means that my son is born a little slow, has never seen any big scenes and lacks training. I don't have many close friends in Beijing, so you can get rid of them. I'll have my son come to see you. If he makes any mistakes, I hope to give him more advice in all aspects. I am very grateful. I hope you can burn this letter when you see it.

Why did Fu Bi finally make such a request? It turns out that Fu Bi is famous after all, and the purpose of this letter is somewhat suspected of entering through the back door. If it gets out, his face will hang up, so I hope my friend can destroy it.

However, things did not develop as he imagined. Fu Bi's friends are also big fans of Fu Bi's works. After receiving the letter, he was reluctant to burn it, but kept it. Then this calligraphy post has been handed down and continues to this day. On June 9, 2005, this 44-character book was sold for 4.62 million yuan at the 2005 Beijing Hanhaichun Auction, which was enough to show the level of Fu Bi, but he commissioned it.
