Experience post of objective questions in law examination

Pass the French exam objective question 189. I felt very cold when the score 180 was published on the afternoon of 27th, because the previous model test didn't reach 180, but I didn't expect the score to be more than 9 in the evening, but I was a little excited. Since April, I've been paying attention to the examination and thinking of the awareness method 4 1 1, and I've been listening to teacher Jin Si's guidance, especially in the next two months. While watching and pushing, I took a small notebook and wrote it down for task list comparison, but I was still lazy, and my execution was relatively low. Many tasks were not completed well, but I finally followed Jin Si through hahaha. Teacher Jin Si wrote us so many dry goods, so I decided to write something as feedback after the exam (in fact, it was just to reward (whispering)). Although the test score is relatively low, I still write some experiences and feelings accumulated in the preparation process for your reference. Maybe you will feel something after reading it.

Let me talk about my basic situation first. I am an illegal student. When I started reviewing in March, it was basically zero-based. At that time, I didn't even know how many subjects there were. I have studied Diu Diu in criminal law and criminal procedure before, and I have never been exposed to such subjects as civil and commercial economic law and the Three Kingdoms. Because in western politics, probably in April, I attended the experience camp of master Jue Xiao. On the first day, I took a business class from Mr. Xi Paine (Xixi). Although it is zero-based, it is more or less understood. I feel very relaxed when I study company law, but I attend classes intermittently because there are classes and some messy things at school. Basically, in the end, my head was burnt. I don't understand the part of bill bankruptcy insurance at all, and I didn't do the questions in time after the lecture, so I didn't master it very well. I listened to Civil Procedure and Theoretical Law completely, but I turned them out after the lecture and basically forgot most of them. At this time, I realized that it is very important to do the problem immediately after listening to one chapter or several chapters, because I understand it after listening, but in fact, the knowledge I understand is not my own, and I can only say that I have read it at most. Only by doing real questions can I really understand these knowledge points. If the problem is not consolidated in time, the efficiency will be much lower. I think the difference between the knowledge gained by others after listening to the questions and the knowledge you can't get after listening to nothing is double, which has also been confirmed in my communication with other students. Only by doing the questions in time after class can we master them more firmly. Later, after the experience camp, I spent a lot of time making up the lessons I didn't listen to, which was the hasty end of the first stage. In fact, strictly speaking, I didn't finish the first round of study until the end of August, because I didn't finish the real question of the people's accusation official until the end of August (I went home from July to August (I studied inefficiently for more than a month), so it can be said that I really devoted myself to study at the beginning of August.

In short, my first round of review was very poor, which is a negative textbook for everyone to learn from. In the first round, we must lay a good foundation, listen to lectures well, do it slowly and steadily, and review what we have learned in time, because the first round of review of many subjects will last for a long time, and it is easy to forget without review. You can take time out every morning or evening, and look at criminal law and civil law or subjects that you have studied long ago when you study procedural law or juvenile law in the future (general criminal law and civil law started earlier). Be sure to finish the first round solidly. It is not advisable for me to drift while driving a tricycle. I will feel very tired when reviewing in the future.

Speaking of which, let's talk about the teachers I talked to and the handouts I used. First of all, I bought the books on criminal law and civil law by Mr. Bai Langtao and Mr. Meng Xiangui, but I didn't listen to the intensive reading class of the supporting institutions. I just listened to the four gold reading classes directly (on Himalayan app) because it was too late. If you have enough time, you can still go to the lectures of the organization. The intensive classes in institutions have a long teaching time and relatively detailed teaching contents. Teacher Bai Langtao and other subjects are studied with the teacher. Jin Si kept on stressing that he would make marks and notes in the book with him, and I did it honestly. It is absolutely necessary to take notes, otherwise you will not be able to read the thick books at the back. I will look directly at the places I marked in red and the notes and keywords I copied. By the way, I suggest you take notes with a red pen. If you take notes with a black pen, the back looks really uncomfortable. If you like to use highlighter, it's good to use highlighter, but don't draw all the sentences, just draw the key words. I usually circle them with a red pen, and then write down what the four golds emphasize. When learning criminal law and civil law, I also do real questions in time, and I have a good grasp. I strongly recommend that criminal proceedings be instituted against Ning Zuo. Grandpa Zuo's voice is like an announcer, and he often tells the case in a funny tone. The class is particularly attractive and the knowledge points are clear. I also summed up many formulas, such as obvious death, confiscation of the country, fear of death, not hiring black people to find more places. Besides, Yang Xiong and Xiang Gaojia are very good teachers, and many students around them are listening. If people complain, it must be Dai Peng. After listening to Dai Peng's lecture, the problem-solving effect was particularly good. All the students I know are highly praised by Dai Peng. Anyway, it is right to listen to him. I listen to Li Jia in administrative law. Teacher Li Jia is lively in class, often telling stories in a funny tone, and occasionally saying "this little lady". I often can't help laughing when I hear it, and I speak it very well. If I can't understand the contents of administrative reconsideration, administrative litigation and state compensation myself, the situation summarized by Teacher Li Jia makes it easy for me to write it down. I listened to Mr. Peng Peien's business classics, and when Mr. Pei gave us lessons, he also summarized many problem-solving skills, such as the responsibility of setting up a company, which was clear at a glance. In addition, the teacher and Mr. Xuan are very good. Teacher Ma Feng's theory is absolutely full of dry goods, and the knowledge points are very detailed. When talking about physique, he summed up many formulas, such as 30 1 group, and explained them in detail, because I missed some of them in class. Later, I found teacher Chen Luqiong's class on the Internet to listen to. After listening to the part of legislative review and a small part of the constitution, I feel quite good. It was not until the end of August that I began to listen to the laws of the Three Kingdoms. The essence of john young's direct listening is that it is almost impossible to buy john young's books later. I remembered the laws of the Three Kingdoms directly at first, but many students listened to the essence before listening. Of course, this is relatively solid, but if the progress ahead is slow, it is not too much of a problem to come directly later. That's what I did, but I still have to do some questions properly. Teacher john young is very clear. I haven't heard the essence before, so I can listen to it directly. It is not difficult to drive at 1.5 times the speed. Besides taking notes, I can basically keep up. After listening, you can do the judgment questions in the essence book, so that you can master it well. However, international law still has a lot to recite. Although there are not many points, it is the easiest to score, especially the conflict of laws in private international law. What laws should be applied? Then, in addition to the lecture notes on prisoners and the Three Kingdoms, I used the thin lecture notes distributed by Juexiao Experience Camp. Juexiao's lecture notes are very convenient for me to recite from beginning to end. I have read the essence books and sprint books bought by other students, and the contents are basically the same. Thin handouts are definitely more convenient to review and have a lot of content. I have bought two excellent books and have never read them. When it comes to thin lecture notes, we have to mention the matter of taking notes. There is no doubt that sorting out your review notes is the best effect. Many high-scoring students around me also summarized their notes. At first, I tried to take notes, but I gave up haha after I finished the General Principles of Criminal Law and Company Law because I didn't have the habit of taking notes. Later, I read the lecture directly. I think it's best to take notes and copy down the key words. Then copy the wrong keywords in the corresponding position of the summarized knowledge points, so that it is very comfortable to review later, and you can take notes directly on the computer, which will be much more convenient. One of my classmates just summed it up on the computer and got more than 200 points.

After returning to school in August, I review with my roommates in the study room every day. It was only during that time that the score was finally raised, so it is very important to find a study partner to supervise each other. From mid-August until the exam, I basically get up at 7 o'clock every day, go back to the dormitory from the study room at 10 in the evening, sleep in the dormitory for one hour at noon and exercise for one and a half hours in the afternoon, so there is not much time left for study when I plan to do other things. At least compared with my classmates around me, I spend little time. In fact, I think whether I can pass the French exam has nothing to do with whether I am smart after the exam, as long as I pay enough time. I'm sure I'll get something. Many students with more than 200 points around me really study in the study room every day, and there is no change from March to April to September, so it is natural to pass the objective questions. Now I understand that learning methods are very important, but the key to passing the exam is not to be lazy, but to devote your time to learning and memory. Go back to my sprint review. After returning to school, I didn't have time to listen to the teacher's class or even some short lectures. For subjects that I didn't do or did very little before, I began to read the handouts, the keywords and notes marked before, and then did the questions as the second round of review.

If it's really boring to just read the handout, the reading method of copying keywords shared by Jin Si in the official WeChat account helps me a lot. I started to copy keywords while reading the handout, so it's not easy to get distracted, but it's better to copy them in the notebook, because the dense words on the handout copied later are also a headache to review. Copy them in my notebook and recite them against the handout. It should be great. Then I will read a chapter and start to do the problem. Copy down the key words of the knowledge reflected in the real questions, copy them in the corresponding places of the book handouts, and then mark them with asterisks, which also provides guidance for reading the handouts later, telling yourself which contents are vague and need to be read more, such as the death penalty review procedure in criminal proceedings. The mistake of this question is that someone sent back all the unclear facts, so I memorized the whole form by comparison and analysis, and recorded some legal mistakes. In other cases, such as accurately approving the death penalty, changing the wrong sentence according to law, and in other cases, such as legislative review and municipal regulations filing review, I will recite the filing review of other provincial regulations and administrative regulations by the way. In addition to reciting the test questions, I spent the rest of my time doing model tests and real questions in the awareness system. Basically, I didn't miss nine mock exams at a time, and I also took the last two mock exams. Doing the model test on the computer also laid a good foundation for my stable performance in the computer test (but there is no function of marking the stem in the French test, and the system can be improved in the future). After each model test, although I made many mistakes, I copied the wrong knowledge points in my notebook. At the beginning, I had to copy a roll for more than an hour. The first time I did the model test, I got 76 points (full mark 150), almost half of them were wrong, and I copied it for a long time. I always insist on copying the wrong questions, but I keep improving the speed of sorting them out. I only copied down the key words behind, and I can recall the whole problem when I see the key words. I copied two wrong questions before the exam, and found that some questions were wrong or would be wrong again in the process of constantly brushing the questions, so I marked such questions with an asterisk, and then I focused on the knowledge points of the wrong questions when I read the wrong questions later. Of course, the best way is to spend more time making mistakes. Before the exam, I did all the real questions from 20 14 to 20 17, but I did a lot less than others, because I wasted too much time in front, so I had to make some choices. It is really important to brush the questions in the final sprint. At least in my review, I put the brush questions and summary in the first place. In addition to mastering the missing knowledge points, this is also a fact. In the last week or so, I began to recite minor laws (Constitution, Theoretical Law, Economic Law, Three Kingdoms). In fact, I should have started early, and I was desperately trying to catch up with the progress in the next few days. It is absolutely cost-effective to spend the last time on these subjects that I learned by rote. I memorized the lecture notes with the little method summarized by the four gold medals, and used it probably twice. Although there are still many unfamiliar things in the exam, I chose a lot by feeling.

I have read a lot of experience stickers before, but everyone's review methods are different. I still need to adjust my situation and make a good plan that I can accomplish, but don't be bound by the plan. Sometimes I can't finish my plan, even if I can't finish it for several days, and then I start to get impatient. Actually, this is not good. You can't always blame yourself for not completing the task. I should encourage myself and think about it. The French exam is better than anyone except review, and it is really better than mentality. On September 5438+05, I took the second model test. I ate my stomach at noon after the test, and I have been having diarrhea since the second test in the afternoon. I chose by feeling. Finally, I was a little confused after reading 49 points, and then I didn't want to do anything. I went straight back to the dormitory to play until evening, and didn't get up early the next day. I woke up naturally and my brain began to collapse. I've been calling all morning, but I still want to take the exam. So I derived the wrong question and did it again. I found that there are actually more than a dozen questions that can be chosen correctly. So I spent a day summarizing all the wrong questions, and then continued to recite the small methods and brush the real questions. My method at that time was to hint to myself that even though I failed in the exam many times, I had mastered all the knowledge after the exam, and many of the knowledge I had mastered failed. In those days, my classmates asked me how many points I got in the real test, and I said they were all around 100. My classmates said that only about 100% of the real questions are done now, and I was a little panicked at that time, but it turns out that I can get more than 90 points in the examination room, so you must believe in yourself.

There was an episode when I booked a hotel for the exam. I printed the admission ticket that night and booked a very close hotel. As a result, I got up the next day and received a message that the reservation failed. Seeing that the price has tripled, I booked a farther hotel and took a taxi to the examination room for 20 minutes, but it was more convenient to be with my classmates. On the way to the examination room before the exam, I listened to the audio of four gold pieces on my back. After eating in the hotel, I didn't read the wrong question until 12 in the evening, and woke up naturally at 6 o'clock the next morning. So I ate bread while reading the wrong questions, went to the examination room at 7 o'clock and went downstairs at 8: 20. I was a little nervous when I did the first test paper in the morning, so that I did twenty questions after half an hour. At that time, I panicked, so I quickly marked all the particularly uncertain scores, and there was no hope after the last little check (so if you usually do the slow exam, you must remind yourself to do it quickly). At noon, I was a little depressed, but I reminded myself that I didn't have time to think much. There were still two and a half hours before the exam, so I kept encouraging myself that even if the paper was only 70 minutes, I would try my best to get a score of 100 and take a taxi back to the hotel with my classmates while eating bread. I left at one o'clock, and I didn't finish reading the wrong questions. I tore off the pages I didn't read and put them in my pocket. I watched all the way to the examination room and didn't go in until 1 40. I did it much faster in the afternoon and finished the exam at once.

After the exam, I went back to the dormitory and lay down for two days, playing with my mobile phone and looking at the Huanong brothers in fear. On the third day, I began to do subjective questions. I felt like a "death penalty" when I gave the score line on the afternoon of 26th. I waited for the evening review, but I didn't expect it to pass haha. So don't give up hope until the last moment.

I accidentally wrote so much that I basically said everything I wanted to say. Time is tight, tasks are heavy, and subjective questions have to be prepared. I hope that after I finish the subjective questions, I am qualified to write another subjective experience post. Hahaha, thank you for reading it ~
