Male, born in Changyuan County, Henan Province in June, 1937, joined the work in June, 1952. He has served as deputy magistrate of Changyuan County, secretary of Qingfeng County Committee, member and secretary-general of Shangqiu County Committee, deputy secretary of Xinyang County Committee of Henan Province 19 1, Commissioner of regional administrative office.
In April 2000, Jing Xianzhuo was dismissed from public office because of being framed. It will soon be rehabilitated.
