There is no trial transcript in Ningbo court. In the trial record reform of a pilot court in Zhejiang Province, there was no recorder to record the whole process. Recently, Xikou Court of Fenghua Court in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province tried a private lending case. Different from other cases, this case did not record the trial record with a voice recorder, but actually recorded the whole trial process through audio and video recording.
