Article 1:
Dear leaders and young colleagues:
Hello everyone!
I am very grateful to the bureau leaders for their concern and attention to our young cadres, and for giving me this opportunity to study and communicate with the overall young cadres, and to share the glory and pride of being a young tax cadre.
I came to work in the National Taxation Bureau in 20xx. Time flies by. In the blink of an eye, I have been working for five years. In these five years, I have worked in the Secretarial, Information Center, Collection Management Section, and Baita Taxation. I have been trained in many positions and other positions. With the trust of my leaders, the help of my colleagues and my own efforts, I have made certain improvements in all aspects. Here I combine my own shortcomings and work experience to briefly talk about my attitude towards young people. A superficial understanding of the ways for cadres to become talents.
1. Young cadres must have lofty ambitions
Throughout ancient and modern times, all those who have achieved success in their careers had lofty ambitions when they were young. Ambition is the direction for people to move forward. It is a beacon for searching in the fog. As young tax cadres, we should establish lofty ambitions in life. We should not be satisfied with the status quo and should not just focus on the work in front of us. Only when the goals are clear can we understand where to go and where to work hard. After clarifying the goals of life, our young cadres should plan their lives around the goals of life, formulate mid-term and short-term goals, plan what kind of state we want to achieve in a longer stage, and refine it to a shorter stage. , what state we need to reach, so that we can be orderly and step-by-step when pursuing our ideals in life. Therefore, lofty ambitions are the direction for young cadres to become talented.
2. Young cadres must have a higher political consciousness
With the gradual development of the socialist market economy, China’s exchanges with the world have gradually increased, and Internet culture has exerted a great influence on young people’s thoughts. The impact is gradually deepening, and some negative thoughts have a profound impact especially on our young generation who grew up after the reform and opening up. Young people often have weak ideals and pursue utilitarianism, are confused about their future, lack a sense of self-identity, lack elite consciousness, and are addicted to the virtual world. , prominent psychological problems, excessive pursuit of self, making wrong choices in the face of major issues of right and wrong, and some young cadres have a low moral bottom line and even go astray. Young people are in a period when their outlook on life, world view and values ??are being formed. The character traits and life style they form will affect our growth and development throughout our lives. As new recruits to the taxation industry, young tax cadres must maintain a high level of political awareness and political sensitivity if they want to take the right direction in today's materialistic and colorful society and remain clear-headed in the face of major issues of right and wrong. Young tax cadres We should learn historical knowledge, national conditions knowledge, economic knowledge, legal knowledge and international knowledge, strengthen rational thinking, dialectical thinking, practical thinking and innovative thinking, and constantly strengthen and transform our own outlook on life, world view and values. Only in this way can our work and life be consistent with the party's reform direction, can we be consistent with our country's economic development, can we be consistent with social progress, can we be a person of high moral character, and can we not go astray. Therefore, political consciousness is the cornerstone for young cadres to become talents.
3. Young cadres must be diligent in learning.
Strengthening learning is the only way to forge the quality of young cadres. The learning of young cadres includes learning theories, learning knowledge, learning methods, and learning experience. The first is to learn theory. Theory is a summary of objective laws, and the theoretical level determines the level of a cadre. Young cadres can learn political theory through reading newspapers, listening to reports, further training, writing articles, etc. The second is to learn business knowledge. Knowledge broadens one's horizons. The tax department is a department that has very high requirements for business potential, and policies, regulations and documents are updated very quickly. If young cadres want to be qualified for their jobs in the tax department, they must strengthen their business capabilities and not only learn their own jobs. The required business knowledge should include an understanding of the entire tax business process and tax policies in order to be qualified for more positions. While learning business knowledge, young cadres should also pay attention to learning practical skills such as writing, eloquence, and online office work; the third is to learn methods. The acquisition of all knowledge is, in the final analysis, the exploration of methods. If you grasp the methods, you will grasp the essence of improving potential. Young cadres should be good at digging into their work and studies, reflecting seriously, summarizing in a timely manner, and forming scientific and effective methods suitable for themselves.
The fourth is to learn from experience. Learning from the experience of others, especially the work experience of old colleagues and old leaders, and summarizing your own experience on this basis is the most direct and effective way to learn. Only through continuous learning can young cadres continuously improve their own quality. Only by continuous accumulation and precipitation can young cadres accumulate a lot. Therefore, learning is a tool for young cadres to become talents.
4. Young cadres must be good at practice.
Practice is the standard for testing truth and an important basis for testing the effectiveness of learning. The purpose of learning is to guide practice and to discover, analyze, and deal with problems at work. Only through continuous learning and practical training that a multi-layered composite of self-quality is formed, including the composite of knowledge and potential, the composite of work experience in different positions, etc., can one be able to adapt to the trend of the times, stand at the forefront of the times, and truly become a qualified cadre . For young cadres, lack of work experience often results in the inability to quickly come up with solutions to complex situations and sharp conflicts. Practical training provides young cadres with practical opportunities to overcome their weaknesses and grow their talents. There, I also hope that the leaders can provide more training opportunities for our young cadres, so that we can continue to increase our work experience in more positions and grow our talents in practice. Only by going through repeated training from learning to practice, and then learning again to practicing, can we move forward step by step. Therefore, practice is the footprint for young cadres to become talents.
5. Young cadres must be brave in innovation.
Innovation is the source of motivation for entrepreneurs to start a business. Young cadres must not only conscientiously inherit good experiences and practices, but also have scientific methods, broad vision, and rational thinking, actively seek new work concepts, plan advanced work ideas, and let thoughts precede actions. Go where others have not gone before, do what others have not done, make bold ideas, pay attention to verification, and use the vitality of youth to drive the vitality of the entire taxation industry. Therefore, innovation is the wing for young cadres to become talented.
6. Young cadres must be fearless of failure and setbacks.
Young cadres must accurately position their own development in the process of growing up and becoming talents. They must neither be ambitious, proud and complacent, nor passive, negligent, and lack confidence. Especially when dealing with difficulties, we should regard the difficulties and adversity at hand as a sharpening stone, a steel-making furnace, and as conditions for tempering people's will and perseverance. We must understand that the process of young cadres' growth and success is a process of constantly summarizing setbacks and failures, and using their strong minds and healthy attitudes to meet various tests on the road to growth. Therefore, failure and setbacks are the spurs for young cadres to become successful.
The above are my humble opinions on the ways for young cadres to become talents. While communicating with you, I also hope that my leaders and colleagues will correct me on my immature opinions. I will be grateful.
Finally, I would like to encourage all my young colleagues with the motto of my life, which is: "Aim high and accumulate a lot."
Thank you!
Part 2:
Dear leaders and young comrades:
Hello everyone! My name is **. I am very happy to have this opportunity to communicate with all young comrades today. The first message conveyed by this symposium is that leaders at all levels attach great importance to and care for our young comrades. Youth is short-lived, but I believe that everyone here is willing to dedicate the most beautiful youth in life to the *** Market Supervision Bureau.
I was admitted to the former ** Industrial and Commercial Administration Bureau in **. I worked successively at the window of the ** branch and the registration department (window of the District Administrative Service Center). I was the former industrial and commercial, quality supervision, and food and drug administration. After the integration of the three departments, I worked at the window of the Administrative Approval Section of the State Administration for Market Regulation and was transferred to the office not long ago. Since I started working for more than three years, I have continued to learn business knowledge and actively participated in various activities organized by the unit. I have gradually faded away from the youthfulness of a student, worked hard to become a new force in my career, actively adapted to the requirements of the times, and improved myself in work, study, and life. We actively present new changes, new atmosphere, and new features in terms of work styles, styles, and other aspects.
Since starting work, I have deeply realized that young people need coordinates and direction for their growth. I would like to take this opportunity to share my views on how we, as young comrades, should do our jobs well:
First of all, we must correct our attitude. Young people are full of vitality and open-minded, but they lack the training of difficult environments, so we should firmly establish a sense of purpose and responsibility.
With the purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly, we must clearly understand our position and responsibilities. No matter what department or position we are in, we must maintain a strong sense of career and a spirit of dedication, and do our best in every job.
Second, our young comrades must lay a solid foundation. There is no end to learning. Through learning, we can constantly update our knowledge, broaden our horizons, and comprehensively improve our theoretical literacy, knowledge level, and business potential. With the development of society, changes in situations and tasks, we are facing more and more new situations and problems. If we do not strengthen our study, it will be difficult to adapt to the needs of work, it will be very difficult to do work, and it will be difficult to adapt to the needs of the situation and the needs of leadership. . As the saying goes, "Three people must have their own teachers. Choose the good ones and follow them, and change the bad ones." We must not only learn the party's theories, principles, and policies from books and documents, but also learn scientific and cultural knowledge and In addition to business knowledge, they must also learn work experience from leading colleagues to improve work efficiency and work quality. How much you pay, how much you get in return. The ability to work lies in accumulation over time, proficiency makes perfect, and hard work can make a difference.
Third, we young people must have a sense of integrity. Integrity and integrity are the basic requirements of the party and the state for workers in government agencies and units, and it is also our basic responsibility. The issue of integrity is not only a personal image issue, but also affects the image of the party and the government in the minds of the people. For this reason, we must consciously establish a good image and not be burdened by fame, power, or lust. Be confused, overcome the fluke mentality, withstand the test of all parties, be self-respecting, self-warning, self-reflective, self-motivated, know right from wrong, know gains and losses, put all your mind and energy into work, constantly strengthen self-cultivation, improve personality, Earn the respect of others.
On this day, every one of our young comrades here is destined to bear the heavy responsibility of history. This is the responsibility entrusted to us by society and the people. And we should combine the enterprising spirit of advancing with the times with a truth-seeking and pragmatic attitude, combined with the actual situation of the position, and strive to do everything well, in order to hand over a satisfactory answer to the organization and the people.
Thank you all!
Part 3:
Dear leaders and colleagues:
Hello everyone!
As a member of the youth league committee of my unit, although my participation in the work of youth league members has always been limited due to work reasons, and there are not many opportunities to contact and communicate with youth league members, to be honest, as far as I know so far, my current understanding of the study, work and work of young people in our unit Judging from the living conditions, everyone is excellent in all aspects, showing the positive, down-to-earth learning passion and work attitude that young people should have. I also learn from you here.
There, I would like to briefly talk about the following three aspects of information in order to communicate and encourage all the youth league members present.
The first is about learning. Learning is an important way for our youth league members to continue to grow and make progress. First of all, learning must have a clear goal. Zhuge Liang said: "To learn, you must learn, and to learn, you must have ambition. Without learning, you can't become talented, and without ambition, you can't learn." I think the ambition is mainly the purpose or goal of learning. Bar. For our young people, having a clear and correct learning purpose and direction is a prerequisite for learning and becoming a talent. I understand that many of the youth league members here are on the intranet, Zunyi Forum, or Reading Forum. These are very lively, mainstream, and extensive forums on our intranet, including a section about learning. I I often browse and occasionally speak. After all, I hope to share with the youth league members what I understand about learning, and I am willing to ask the youth league members for advice on what I don’t understand about learning. Particularly in the "Foreign Language Learning" section of the "Zunyi Forum", I often see people asking about learning matters, such as some taking the MBA exam, some taking the Financial English exam, and some taking the Economist exam. In fact, I really appreciate that after entering the company, I can still concentrate on studying. Young comrades, whether it is to increase their salary in the future, to be promoted, or to really learn something, these people have a clear and practical purpose of learning, and this is likely to determine determine their future development direction.
The second one is about learning methods. In fact, maybe I need to ask the young comrades here for advice on this point. After all, everyone has passed the college entrance examination or even the graduate entrance examination, and studied in
I may have more say in the methods, but I would like to share something with you. I believe that there is a road to the mountain of books, and hard work is the path to the sea of ??learning. Learning requires reading more and thinking hard. When I attended a training meeting some time ago, a detail mentioned by a superior leader during the lecture impressed me deeply. While he was leading the team to go out for inspection, he often saw colleagues doing nothing on the plane, and some even He was so bored that he even read the small advertisements in newspapers, but he rarely saw anyone holding a book and reading it seriously for a while. Maybe the leadership's requirements are indeed high, and the observation of details outside of work is also meticulous, but what I want to say is that there is no shortcut to learning. Learning needs to be real, anytime and anywhere! The last thing I want to say is about learning. Objects, for us young people, it has not been long since they entered the unit. Although everyone has a bachelor's degree or above in terms of education, in terms of work practice and work experience, they are still quite short, and they still need to learn from many other things in the unit. Excellent teachers study, Confucius said: "When three people walk together, there must be one teacher from me." Therefore, the first object of our study is every colleague around us. Although what we often see may be the shortcomings of some of our colleagues, but If we can have the opportunity to communicate more with others, be more peaceful, and be more practical and calm, I think we can still find something that we can learn from everyone. In addition, we should also learn from books and the Internet. After all, in today's diverse world, learning should also be diverse and multi-directional.
The second is about work. At this moment, some of our youth members here have become the backbone of our business, and some are about to become the backbone of our business after some time of training and tempering. In terms of work, I think the most important issue is work attitude. Although many people feel deeply that the more work they do in grassroots units, the more they receive less and less wages, but I think this cannot be a reason to work passively and half-heartedly. , we need to do one thing and love one thing. As long as we are still receiving the salary from the unit today, we should do the day's work in a down-to-earth manner. Of course, our youth league members here have done a good job in this regard. Some comrades may compare themselves with some of their better classmates, and there will also be some psychological gaps, but at least the work at the moment is Those who have not fallen behind, even many are doing well, which needs to be carried forward in the future, but at the same time, we also need to correct our mentality and believe that there will always be a rainbow after the storm!
The third is about life. Now I think there is a good phenomenon among young comrades in the unit, that is, there are a lot of exchanges outside of work, and there are more materials and forms of activities. Of course, this has a lot to do with the fact that there are many young people in the unit and the atmosphere is very harmonious. Recently, our unit has successively established calligraphy and sports and entertainment interest groups. This is a very good attempt. It is also an activity outside of the eight hours that those of us who have just experienced youth life are longing for. The more such activities are carried out, the more time we have for eight hours. The more exchanges we have with other people, the less time we have to get stuck in mahjong, and the more beneficial it is to promote our cultural construction. But my impression seems to be that activities other than calligraphy activities have not yet been carried out. I hope that in the future, each group leader can take the lead in organizing, and if conditions permit, recommend that our organization learn from some brother units that have done well in carrying out such activities. While enhancing mutual exchanges among young workers, it will also better promote the actual development of these activities.
The above speech is just my immature personal opinion. Due to limited time and insufficient preparation, I kindly ask everyone to criticize and correct any inappropriateness.
Thank you!
