Qiushi magazine is an organ newspaper sponsored by the central government and an important ideological and theoretical position to guide the work of the whole party and the whole country. Qiushi was formerly Red Flag magazine, 1, and was published in Beijing in June, 0958. It stopped publishing in June, 1, and officially opened in July 1, and was renamed Qiushi magazine. The responsibility of the magazine agency
1. Manage the publishing process, manage the quality, plan the development of the magazine, and be directly responsible for the editorial quality and content of the magazine.

4. Complete the plan and arrangement of editing content in each issue, and make the editing task list and the workload distribution of personnel.
5. Plan and write content for the magazine in charge, and guide the editor to finish it on time with good quality and quantity.
6. Monitor the proofreading of articles by relevant editors and proofreaders, be responsible for the determination of topics of magazines, the examination and approval of manuscripts, the determination of layout and cover, ensure the smooth publication of magazines, avoid major mistakes, be responsible for the quality and content correctness of magazines, and check the secondary proofreading and finalization.
