1975 Born on Dragon Boat Festival, Huai 'an, Jiangsu Province, served in the army for eight years. Graduated from Nanjing Institute of Art, majoring in calligraphy and seal cutting. He is currently a member of China Calligraphers Association, a professor of China Calligraphers Association Training Center, a tutor of "Studio", a member of Nanjing Printing Society, the chairman of Wujiang Calligraphers Association, the vice president of Wujiang Painting and Calligraphy Institute, and Suzhou.

Vice Chairman of Calligraphers Association and Director of Creative Committee, honorary president of Nanwumen Bookstore, was named "Top Ten People of the Year" in China Book Circle in 2007 and 2008.

The first outstanding young calligraphers in Jiangsu Province and the first "Top Ten" young calligraphers in Suzhou were representative calligraphers in the 1970s. They successively published Li Shuangyang Volume, Li Shuangyang Cursive VCD, Li Shuangyang Calligraphy Seal-cutting Works and Cao Li Shuangyang Volume, a contemporary young and middle-aged calligrapher. Xinhua Daily, China Calligraphy, China Calligraphy and Painting, Oriental Art Calligraphy and Art Newspaper made special presentations. He presided over the compilation of Wujiang Calligraphy Magazine and created Nanwumen Calligraphy Art Network. His works are collected by the Palace Museum, China Art Museum, Jiangsu Art Museum and other professional institutions.
